Excellent route and Jean Pierre provided great cultural and historical, as well as providing his personal, local experience to the tour. The e-boke made the trip easy and enjoyable.

This was a great ride and discover tour but there is no eating! There is NO FOOD so…it’s a simple ride. Title of this tour is deceiving so, that wasn’t the greatest. They do have e-bikes which were fun but not geared to smaller women - no Dutch style e-bikes were available so they were big and heavy.

Nice bikes, in excellent condition. Stefan, our guide, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about the history, sites and culture of Panama. Made the experience very interesting and fun.

Panama Bike Tours excursion was great. The cyclists-tour guides was the best. We had a weather delay that postponed our bike outing by two days. Panama Bike Tours worked with us to schedule a suitable day and kept us up to date til the day of the bike tour. The entire team is great as they assisted us in making bike adjustments etc before we departed for the tour. Victor was our tour guild and we appreciated his rich in-depth historical knowledge of Panama. Victor was very safety conscious throughout the tour. I will definitely do Panama Bike Tours my next trip/visit to Panama City.

Cancelled at last minute because of a parade that had been on the calendar for at least 6 months. There should have been a cancellation instead sent out days in advance

On that day, the weather conditions unexpectedly deteriorated, with heavy rain making it unsafe to continue the tour.
We were in constant communication with you before the tour start. and all guests who were present at the scheduled time agreed to reschedule for safety reasons. Unfortunately, you arrived almost 30 minutes after the tour began, and by that time, the decision to reschedule had already been made.
We understand how disappointing it is when plans change suddenly, but please know our guide was patient and did her best to accommodate everyone. We're sorry if this caused any frustration, but we kindly ask for understanding as we always prioritize the safety and enjoyment of our guests.
We hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future.

First time and for me on an e-bike which were a little harder than I thought. I fell early on but kept going. Mib is a GREAT guide and very patient with a solid knowledge of the area and fun to talk to. I thought riding along the bike trails along the water was so fun - Casa Viejo with all the traffic was a little scary for a first time rider. Overall a great experience!

We had an amazing experience with this tour!!! The company had great communication with us and the e-bikes were great! We loved seeing old town on the bikes and riding to see the Panama City skyline. One highlight was taking a picture in front of the colorful Panama letter sign! We were in a group of 10 people and our guide was so cheerful and informative. We would definitely do this tour again - so fun!!!

We always love to take bike tours when we travel but we have never ridden an EBike before. The bikes were great and provided an extra boost if you wanted to pedal or you could have the bike do all the work. The area is flat so a regular bike would have worked just as well but my teenage son loved zipping along on full auto mode. The tour itself was really good. Karla did an excellent job taking us all along the city and informing us of the culture and history. Even though traffic is heavy and people drive aggressively, we felt safe the entire time.

I contacted the company & Viator customer service that I made this reservation on error prior to the tour. I requested a refund but no answer. We did not go on this tour as we were not in Panama City. This company still charged me fully even the tour did not occurred.

You made a reservation for three people (Yourself, Van Tran, Katherine Tran) for an E-BIKE tour at 3:30 PM on December 31, 2023. The reservation was made on December 21, 2023.
On December 31, 2023, at 2:09 PM, you contacted us through the platform, stating:
''Hi, I just realized I booked the wrong tour. I’m not in Panama City in Panama. I’m in Panama City in Florida.
Can I request a refund for the tour? I apologize for the confusion in my reservation.''
The platform's rules clearly state a free cancellation 24 hours before the start of the tour.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, as reflected in our reviews. We are open to resolving any situation that we can manage directly.
In your specific case:
-It is not our fault that the platform has a policy of free cancellation 24 hours before the tour, not 1 hour before.
-It is not our fault if you reserved a tour in another country.
On December 31, we had a long list of people wanting to do the tour, and we had to turn them away due to your reservation. What an amazing experience. It rained so hard. We weren't able to push off for almost an hour and a half. Mib our guide, was such a a knowledgeable tour guide. She made me commit to wanting to know more about Panama. Me and my husband had to cut our tour short because it began to rain again. Mib took us back to the pickup point to drop off the bikes. Did I mention Mib was amazing! You must try this adventure. 👍🥰

Our guide was Paola. It was just my wife and I on the tour. I picked this one as it was for smaller groups. The ebikes allowed us to look more and just cruise around. I only peddled a short way but used the electric to sit back and relax.
We started off in Casco Viejo. Paola showed us some great locations and provided good explanations and history. We had a bit of free time to walk around the area as well as going into various churches etc. Cruised Cinta Costera area, a wonderful area. Paola, then took us by the fish market (with explanation) and around the causeway (via sidewalks). It was very relaxed but yet covered a lot of ground.

Mayra our guide was informative, patient and very thorough in her presentation of Panamas history. The tour left me wanting to explore more and come back to experience more of Panama. I would make this tour in the beginning of your trip as its a great overview of Panama.

It was a very nice trip the guide Stefan could super German as he was from Hamburg. He explained us a lot about Panamá and the old town, explained all the questions very well. Can you highly recommend would always book this tour has taken a lot of time for us for photos questions etc.
