Very professional and friendly service. My flight was slightly delayed, driver waited in arrival terminal. I have some back problems and he kindly assisted me navigate to the car and with my luggages into the hotel.

The driver was there waiting for me at the airport after I got my baggage. He was prompt, professional, courteous and kind. He helped me with my bags as the car was parked a short distance away from the entrance. (Basically across the street.) He gave me some great tips about places to eat and which markets were closest to where I'm staying. Overall the best experience!

This company was great and went above and beyond to accommodate our changing schedule due to cancelled flights. Viator told me I was not able to cancel for a refund even though it wasn’t quite 24 hours before my scheduled pick up. They did give me the operator’s WhatsApp number. They had no problem rescheduling for the next day. Then, when the second flight was canceled, they again were very attentive and confirmed our airport pick up. As soon as we landed, I had a message from the excellent driver, Benny. He helped with our luggage to the car (BMW wagon) and into the hotel lobby. He told us history of Palermo and pointed out sights along the way. We got to the city centre very quickly, too. Do not hesitate to book your rides around Palermo with this company!

This is a very reliable, honest, and fairly priced car service. My wife and I after spending a week in downtown Palermo, had a very early flight out of the Palermo airport. We needed to be picked up at 5:00 am for our flight to Rome. Our driver arrived right on time, actually a few minutes early. And we arrived even earlier than estimated at the airport. Professional and prompt. You really can’t ask for more.
