Very nice tour in the hearth of Palermo, with facts about the city and the monasteries in the center. Vi visited couple of churches and a monaster, a busy street market and the house with the palm tree. The guide explained everything in great detail. I would definitely recommend this tour!

This tour company is unreasonable. The worst experience i have ever had with viatour. Our plane was late and we didn’t arrive in time for our tour. I understand one has to pay the tour operator but in this instance our group was the only ones who reserved this tour so they could have accommodated a different time. Other operators have done so in the past. Asked for a rebooking frim the tour operator, they said no and viatour didnt credit anything. Very Disappointed in viatour and the operator. Especially since i have booked many MANY outings with viatour. Book palermo with another group.

Dear customer,
As previously written you had no right to reimbursement for the following reasons: although you started late (at 16:35 instead of 16:00), you took advantage of the walking tour in the time and manner provided. The tour has a duration of 2 to 3 hours and having ended at 18:30 was perfectly on schedule. You yourself have chosen not to enter Santa Caterina because the entrance is for a fee (detail specified in the product description). His negative review has no meaning and foundation but is only an attempt to speculate and damage the work of others.

Our guide was late with no apology. It was raining so our experience was not as good as it could have been! We paid €2 per person extra to visit a church and another €1 for another church. While our guide was amusing and informative we struggled to hear without headsets

Dear customer, I am sorry that you met the rain in Palermo but, no doubt, it is not attributable to us. And like you, many others were around the city. However, I find it very serious that those who buy a product do not read what they buy. Because if you had, you would have read that the entrances are all paid for by the clients. His review, totally unfounded, damages only a 5-star product and the work of those who put commitment and seriousness in work.

Fantastic tour with guide Barabra, a local with excellent knowledge of the city, it's history and food. Visited some fantastic churches and Barabra helped us navigate the food markets for the best arancini. Brilliant tour and guide.

This was an excellent tour with a great guide. We visited several important sites in Palermo but my favorite was the CAPO market. All things fresh and delicious. It went on and on for blocks and we enjoyed sampling several of their offerings

Would say that the tour is quite lean, taking out visits of two churches and one cathedral. The guide had all the infos, but delivered very dry and not so entertaining. Good way to get introduced to Palermo, however moneywise it wasn't justified from my opinion.
