Yuko-san was so knowledgeable and charismatic :) Her food pairings and sake selection was great. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety she presented us with. Was one of our Osaka highlights!
The host was absolutely wonderful in her explanations on the history of sake, its types, and how to recognize its different tastes from a bottle. We did a tasting of 9 sakes with accompanying snacks. It was delicious! Completely worth it.
This was such a unique experience. It’s limited to 4 people at a time, so very small and personal. We tasted 9 sakes with various snacks. I highly recommend!

The guide was knowledgeable and the experience was very small and personalized. The explanation of the history of sake, how the varieties vary and why was very interesting. Tasting a wide variety of sakes as we received an explanation on the reason for the differences was additionally helpful. We also enjoyed the food pairings that accompanied the tasting experience.
What a great time we had, we got to taste 10 different sake’s put together with snacks to allow us to enjoy the different flavours of sake available. We learned about the process of how the sake is made and the different alcohol content. Our beautiful host answered all our questions and couldn’t have been more helpful. We highly recommend taking this class we laughed, we drank and had a great time!
