    Massage review: The massages & ladies were absolutely amazing!!! I booked an hour Lomi Lomi massage for 2. They took their time & focused on each and every part of the body. The atmosphere was very quiet, calming, & relaxing. Would highly recommend!!!! The only problem I encountered was upon departing. The lady at the front desk tried to ask for payment again although I paid online through viator. She proceeded to explain you only secure a spot when you book through viator & you pay in person. I had to pull up my bank account showing the transaction as well as my booking confirmation on viator stating payment was made to prove that indeed is not what is correct. Be careful when it comes to booking & knowing whether or not you’re paid to prevent double payments. Also, they demand a $20 tip per person at the end which is very unprofessional in my opinion as i should be able to choose whether i want to tip as well as how much i’d like to tip. A tip is never mandatory, it is always optional yet a very kind gesture.

    Aloha, sorry for the miscommunication. When they asked for a payment they meant to say tip was not included. As you can see from our description "WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED. Gratuities - $20 per person is generally recommended" Again, sorry for the confusion about the payment.
