Choosing this excursion was the highlight of our trip. The boat ride, small group of people, and our captain made it completely enjoyable. You should be aware that this trip puts you onto the Isle of Capri for about 4.5 hours. I was surprised that we needed to pay 15 euros each to get transportation to sights on the island. You have two options when you get there (public or private bus) but they strongly push the private which costs 15 euros. Also, the town of Capri is a bit chaotic and confusing when you only have a few hours to figure it out. With all that said, we had a fantastic time and our Captain did an exceptional job.

Defiantly amazing experience. If you can travel or do any tours from Sorrento, I highly recommend by boat. Our driver was very nice, made sure you were having a good time and showed us great sights.

Although we had a fabulous day, there are some aspects that I wish I was prepared for upfront. The organization in the morning is lacking. Our bus driver got lost and had to stop multiple times for directions. Once we got down to the office, we had to wait in line, then wait again for our number to be called. I thought that was the point of booking in advance. Further, they do not call the numbers in order so if you are 7 and you hear 6, you think you are next only to have them call 2. Once on the boat, the tour guide was amazing and the boat ride was beautiful. Despite saying that snorkeling gear is included, do not expect to have much time to swim. After going on the tour, I understand that it is a lot to fit into one day, but I was not expecting 5 minutes to jump in the water surrounded by dozens of other boats. Capri is extremely crowded, I highly recommend that future guests are warned of the lines to take the bus to Anacapri. We ended up taking a taxi despite having already paid for our bus ticket, but on the way back the taxi line was just as long. Buses kept coming to the stop full, so we took the bus to Capri and decided we would walk down to the Marina. Halfway down, we learned that the path was closed and we had to walk a longer way along the road. After walk/running back, we learned that the group was preparing to leave without us and another group. I was shocked that we were expected to sit around for nearly an hour in the morning and then we were going to be left after being a few minutes late. We finally convinced the group that the other two girls were also trying to get back and were going through a rough time being from Puerto Rico and not knowing whether their family was safe or not. Eventually, we continued our pleasant trip back with the entire group. All in all, Marco was great and I am glad that I did it. I think everyone should experience it once, but I won't be doing it again.

ok, the boat trip and everything related to the boat was wonderful and a real recommendation, but for us personally 4 hours on Capri was too long, but for everyone i am sure it is different! But you have to take this boat trip! Brilliant!!

Overall the day was fabulous despite a few problems which you just have to go with. The plus points centre around a lovey boat trip out and back stopping off around key points of the island for a swim or just relaxing on the boat. The weather was fabulous. the negatives were the land bits. it took over 90 minutes from hotel pick up to getting on the boat. the Italians have the slowest checking in system where every day tripper queues up at once to get sorted by two people. The other negative was Capri in August. It was hot and with tourists I added to this obviously!. It is beautiful island and is probably better appreciated in quieter times. Overall a fabulous day and the trip is worth putting up with the occasional hassle.

Best part was the boat ride, guide was great took good care of us. Town was very crowded on Capri but I guess that's to be expected. Beautiful city be prepared to climb some hills, the tram was a great way to get back down to the boat very inexpensive.

This is a great tour. The captain of our boat was an excellent skipper as well as a charming host. Unfortunately, it rained while we were on the island, but it was still a great day. Not much rain while on the boat. It made us want to go back to Capri again and spend more time.

The boat over was brilliant (although we didn't realise that my wife gets sea sick - definitely bring sea sickness tablets if this is something that affects you). So many beautiful views and plenty of time to explore Capri.

Enjoyed the boat ride and the time in Capri. If you are staying in Sorrento or Positano then this is a great tour to take. We were staying closer to Amalfi and the drive was a bit difficult. We could have taken a boat closer to us.

Great clean boat, had lots of drinks, no snacks though, captain was nice, sites were as promised. Capri was amazing and we got to drive through Il Fraglioni and see all the beautiful grottos.

This was a nice tour but it would have been nice to have someone to give us more of a background and history of the area. While the captain of the boat was polite and took us to see some amazing grottos before arriving in Capri, he wasn't much of a talker. He then dropped us in Capri and told us to meet at 5 p.m. So we didn't have much guidance after that. Luckily, Capri is a small island and it wasn't hard to figured out. David and Mc Nelly Torres

I'm not usually critical and look for good points rather than complain, but when a tour description doesn't match the service I don't feel satisfied or willing to recommend the tour.
We were picked up on time however, waited 45 minutes before boarding without explanation. We were then taken to Capri and dropped off with advice to return to the wharf in 4 hours, there was no explanation or guidance on what to see or how to get there, as I was on a tour that offered professional guidance I hadn't researched the transport options or main points of interest to visit.
We found our way and asked the information office for maps and advice, we particularly wanted to visit the blue grotto although was given no support or arrangement to travel to this attraction.
Pick up was 4 pm, we waited on the wharf for 30 minutes with no shade at high temperatures.
We then took a tour around the island although there was no itinery communication or commentary, we didn't know there was an opportunity to snorkel and had already changed from our costumes, however there were no face masks available, only snorkels.
The listed professional guidance was non existent, a 13 year old boy was the only English speaking crew person. Snacks were not provided or snorkeling equipment but the most disappointing was the lack of a professional guide and the lost opportunity to visit the Blue Grotto. I feel cheated by this experience.

El viaje hasta Capri fue muy agradable, pudimos nadar en una parada antes de llegar a la isla y las vistas desde la lancha son excepcionales! La atención a bordo de Pino, el conductor de la lancha, fue muy buena.
Dos detalles para cuestionar: uno es el tiempo de espera entre la llegada al puerto de Sorrento y el embarque, que fue más de una hora, y el segundo es que, una vez desembarcados en Capri quedamos sin guía ni información para movernos por ahí. Considero que el precio de la excursión podría incluir la subida a La Piazzeta por funicular o bus con alguna prioridad para la agencia. También el tiempo de espera para acceder al funicular fue de una hora para subir y otra para bajar. De las cuatro horas en Capri sólo se aprovechan dos para recorrer.
