Mia and Guliano were excellent. Mia was very sweet and helpful, making sure everyone had a great time. Guliano was always ready when we were waiting with the bus and navigating the tight streets. Excellent tour.

The tour bus was overcrowded and uncomfortable for a long ride. The guide did not provide much narration. Admission to Juliette's house and the castle were not included. Very bare bones tour.

While this was a fun and awesome trip, if you are mobility impaired, this tour is not for you. There were a lot of walking to and from the bus. Just a heads up.
