The tour guide ZAHRA was absolutely excellent. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and explained everything so well. She truly made the experience enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend her personally.
However, I don’t feel the tour was worth the price we paid. For this amount of money, I expected a much better overall experience. The tour should include Business Class on the train and, in my opinion, a gondola ride as well. I also requested an upgrade and the option to take the last return train, but unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate this.
I also understand that the tour guides themselves may not be receiving a significant portion of what customers are paying, so my criticism is not directed at the guide at all. She was excellent. My feedback is really about the value and organization of the tour package. For the price being charged, I believe much more should be included.

We would, however, like to clarify a few points regarding the tour. All services included in the price are clearly specified in the tour description at the time of booking. The train class and the gondola ride are not advertised as included services.
You requested an upgrade to a higher train class without paying the additional cost, as well as a gondola ride at no additional charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide optional upgrades and additional services free of charge.
Regarding the return train, the tour is advertised as a 6-hour experience. Taking the last available train would have extended the experience to approximately 8 hours, which is beyond the duration and services included in the booking.
We always do our best to accommodate additional requests whenever possible, but optional extras and extensions cannot be included at no additional cost.
We are nevertheless very happy that you enjoyed your time with Zahra and appreciate your positive comments about her.

This was a fabulous tour! Sneh was a tremendous guide for the day. I can’t imagine trying to see all of the highlights and lowlights of Venice on one’s own without a friend like Sneh. I couldn’t recommend this more highly for a perfect, customizable-on-the-fly, and packed day. The tour company also was extremely helpful with travel logistics and communications in advance of the trip.

Tural was our guide and he did an amazing job. We covered so many beautiful areas of Venice and he was informative every step of the way. He made sure we saw both the very touristy landmarks as well as the favorites of the locals, showing us where to buy things we were looking for in the areas not targeting tourists with higher prices. He had a pleasant, calm demeanor but was clearly excited about sharing all of the great things about Venice with us. Sneh was absolutely incredible. His passion and deep knowledge of Venice were astounding. His command of the history of Venice must rival that of anyone there.
What was truly impressive was his knowledge of the local businesses. He made sure to steer clear of tourist traps and supported the true local residents.
When we return, we will seek him out - you should too.

Very crowed not worth the money for a walking tour.
The water smells horrible, very hard to take pictures just a complete nightmare to be honest.

We’re truly sorry that Venice — one of the world’s most visited and photographed cities — had the audacity to be popular on the day of your tour. As for the water… well, the city has been floating on it for over a millennium, and it does like to make its presence known from time to time.
We completely understand that navigating centuries of history, beauty, and the occasional whiff of lagoon life can be overwhelming.

Our private guide Elshad was amazing. Very patient, kind, respectful, thoughtful. He made us feel safe at all times always staying close for protection. Showing us the highlights of Venice, shopping at our leisure. To top it off carried our purchases. He also took us to reputable shops and made sure prices were reasonable for the area. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and waited patiently as we shopped.
We had lunch at an amazing out door restaurant that served the best pizza. After our tour he took us to our seats on the train with our purchases.
Highly recommended this tour.
If we return to Venice would love to have him again as our guide!!

This was my first time having a private guide and it was worth the extra money. My guide, Dothan was very knowledgeable about Venice and taught me all the history, he showed me the major sites, and it was paced to my liking. I walk a lot, so we covered lots of ground quickly, this enabled us to have extra time to take a gondola ride, have a delicious local lunch and a stop for a coffee. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and found this to be a fun and efficieht way to experience a new city. I highly recommend Dothan to anyone wanting a private tour of Venice. In addition the company was always there to answer any questions as I did call to check on my train tickets the night before as did not see the pdf attachment to the email and once I arrived to Venice. The ladies on both calls were very helpful.

It was nice to have a personalized experience in Venice. I feel like we got to see the important parts, but through direct conversation with Dogan we were able to even change a part of the tour to add or remove. I think this was better than touring in a large group.
