We were very disappointed with the type of transportation dispatched for our trip from Milan to Venice. First, our driver was late and we had to make a phone call to find out where he was. Our hotel bellman called the number provided to us & gave him directions to our hotel. My husband finally found him waiting next door, another hotel and we were just thankful that we had enough time to join our cruise. Our driver, was friendly but unfortunately his car was small for four adults. A Ford model that will fit a 3 person comfortably!!! Since there were 4 adults for the ride, needless to say it was very tight. My husband was able to squeeze himself in the front seat and the rest of us managed to just sit and made the most of it in a a 3 hour ride. We felt that with Viator’s booking page, showing nice European cars & vans, we expected at least a larger sedan for all of us, if not an SUV or a van. It almost felt like we were sent a car that just happened to be available in the area at that point with a driver who’s not familiar with Milan. Moreover, our suitcases. 3 roller bags and one midsize suitcase plus 2 backpacks barely fit in the trunk along with the driver’s personal items. For the price of $881, we expected a better ride with room to stretch. I can’t believe Viator & the transportation contractor affiliated can treat us this way. To sum it all up, it was way over priced and we felt ripped off. We have always used Viator in most of our travels, & this was a major turn off. The least you can do in our opinion is a credit to our account. Do better!!! Thank you. Sincerely, Eve & David Fine

Our driver was on time and made sure we were taken care of the whole way. Once we got to the Venice port - he made sure that we got on the correct water taxi and carried our luggage! Worth every penny!

Our driver Dejan was great! He met us at the baggage claim exit at the airport…helped with our bags. Escorted us to his car which was nice, roomy, comfortable and very clean. He had bottled water for our trip. He was great to share helpful information and tips for our stay in Italy. Highly recommend.
