The driver was personable and professional and on time. The van was very comfortable for four people and all of our luggage. Nice touch to have bottles of water and some snacks. Would definitely recommend using the company.

Rey was very personable and helpful. He loaded and unloaded all of the luggage for three people that had overpacked. The company itself was very timely in answering questions and responding to flight delays that affected our pick-up time. The van was very clean and comfortable. Very lovely to go door to door rather than lugging everything through the train system and then walking to the Airbnb.

Picked up super punctually. Vehicle was pristine and complimentary waters available. We booked due to an impending taxi strike on our departure day (naturally it was called off after we booked. However, we already had a bad taste in our mouth after multiple failed attempts to get taxis earlier in our trip). It’s expensive, but a totally stress free way to get to the airport.
