Bus did not turn up at pickup point so missed the whole trip. Was a special occasion one off we probably won't ever have the chance to do again as we live in UK.

Very Disorganized Pickup and Poor Communication

We were instructed to arrive at the pickup point 10 minutes early, as the Big Bus driver would not wait. The departure was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and we arrived on time. However, the bus did not show up until after 10:00 a.m.—and it was a small bus, not the advertised Big Bus. The driver got out and began smoking while everyone waited, unsure if this was the correct bus. When I asked him, he said, “Give me a second,” and continued smoking. Shortly after, another (double-decker) bus arrived, and the two drivers began moving passengers back and forth between the buses without explanation. Even after asking again which bus we should be on, the first driver repeated, “Give me a second.” It was not until around 10:20 a.m. that we finally departed—on the small bus, not the Big Bus as advertised. To add to the confusion, the driver asked me if I’m Thomas from his list right before departure, when my name is Gabriela. Overall, it was a very poor and disorganized experience that caused unnecessary delay and frustration.
