Overall very good. We had booked for a English language to our, but, got switched at the last minute. Unfortunately,several of us were unable to understand the tour guide who spoke in Spanish.

Company did not respond to messages regarding pick up. They also did not respond to Viator. I booked the day before during business hours and reached out during business hours. They did not show up for pick up. When I called the operator, someone said hello and disconnected. They did not answer many calls after. I was forced to get a refund because no one picked us up at 4:30am. I also had my 6 year old with me who was excited about this experience. I booked because of the reviews. This was my first Viator experience and Von Navi ruined it unfortunately by being unprofessional.
