Our guide, Abraham, made this a great experience. It was a typically hot day in Merida, so he made sure to find the shade and had planned stops into free museums and public buildings for AC. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely recommend this tour with Abraham.

Abraham is nicest gentleman.

My experience with Lokafy was the worst ever. They didn’t organized my tour at all. My tour was scheduled for 1/1. The night before Valeria told me that everything will be closed. I aaked what she is planning to show me, she said parks. 3 hours for parks is kind of not what I had in mind. I asked to reschedule but they were not flexible at all and mean. I agreed to meet on 1/1. She didn’t even show up.
