This cenote tour was beyond magical!! MICHELLE, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable about Mayan history, Yucatán’s geography, its culture, its small towns, its beaches, and everything else in between. She was so funny, kind, sweet, and attentive. It was so much fun swimming in the such beautiful and crystal clear waters. And the caves are such a marvel.

This tour was well run, on time and the transportation was comfortable. The first cenote we visited a small family run cenote that was really interesting. Our group was the only one there and we really enjoyed that visit. The second/third cenotes (they are connected by a tunnel which unfortunately was closed that day) were much more commercialized and extremely crowded. There were two busloads from a cruise ship there and it was so loud it wasn't very enjoyable. However on the positive side the tour guide from the cruise ship gave a lot of interesting commentary and told us the history of the cenote and even had the cenote operator turn off all of the lights for a few minutes which was really cool. Our tour guide was efficient but really did not engage with us very much. The last cenote was fine but by then I think we cenoted out! Lunch was good and we did enjoy having some time to lounge by the outdoor pool at the last cenote. If I had to do it over again I would probably try to go on my own and go to less commercialized cenotes.

He knew a lot and was very attentive and always there to help or to explain something.

It was a nice day. The cenotes were fantastic. The guide was excellent. I was the only native English speaker and could understand his Spanish but he made sure I understood everything. He expertly handled a very difficult situation with a 20 year old girl on our tour who decided that having 10 tequila shots was a good idea.

We had such a great experience as a family (2 kids aged 10 and 13) with Mauricio and Victor! I won't say more on the 4 cenotes no to spoil the experience of future travelers but it is really worth it. They are all very different. Lunch was very good as well. Have a big breakfast before coming.

Awesome day swimming 4 Cenotes! Michelle was a great tour guide, Joni was a great driver who got us everywhere safe and sound. San Antonio not only had a great Cenote but excellent food as well. Great guide and value, but underwhelming cenotes. If you have never been in a cenote, this would be a good introduction. Having been to several before, these four were just ok. They were generally small without much to explore. The plus was our guide, Jair, who was friendly and prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. 5 out of 5 stars for him! Other plusses were that there were just four in our group and we had 3 of the cenotes all to ourselves. Not sure if that’s because we beat the crowds, or if it’s just that they weren’t popular. Either way, it was a good day, just wish the cenotes themselves would have been better.

Beautiful tour! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, entertaining and reliable. Also a nice assortment of cenotes, one that was more natural and three that were developed more but also more scenic. We would definitely recommend this tour.

A very fun day enjoying swimming in four cenotes with a knowledgeable and endearing tour guide, Jair. He was fully bilingual and an enthusiastic photographer for all the participants. The cenotes are beautiful— some underground and others exposed. The lunch was also delicious. Great value!

This cenotes tour was great and our guide, Jair Flores, was excellent. He gave us lots of wonderful information both in English and Spanish. Plus, he took the best photos and videos whenever we asked. He was patient, kind, and fun!
My only suggestion is to get a seat in the front of the van because you can't see anything along the way from the seats in the back.

Was a great experience. Apparently there are nicer cenotes in the Merida area, but it was really cool to see 4 different ones. Our guide and driver were great. They gave us goggles, which makes a big difference. It was nice to be able to leave your stuff in the car and just take what you need to go in the water.

this was our second day going to cenotes. every cenote has a different experience. all cenotes we went too were really beautiful. jorge moreno was our driver and tour guide. he was really knowledgeable about the cenotes and overall of merida. superb job jorge. me and my wife are definitely coming back with our future kids to merida.

Had a great experience with Jair. He spoke both English and and Spanish with our mostly Spanish-speaking group and made sure we caught all the highlights. The cenotes were very interesting, something you won’t see many other places. Facilities (bath and changing rooms) were as expected and we managed to miss the cruise line crowds (Tues and Thursdays mostly). Very fun tour.

A very fun and well organized day. Michelle was a great tour guide. All the cenotes are different and mini adventures in themselves. The water is incredible! The lunch was good with big portions. Our kids loved it, and I don’t think we would have found these cenotes without the tour. We learned a lot. A great day!!

Clean, Professional, Lively, Lovely. These are just a few of the words I’d use to describe my cenotes tour. The van was clean and well kept: a minor but important detail. Now to the good stuff. Our guide Murico was one of the most personable and knowledgeable people I’ve ever toured with. He immediately memorized all 18 passengers names and made us all feel welcomed and comfortable. And he gave us scientific background in a melodic voice that made it like a song. Our driver, Diego, had a quiet but reassuring presence. We knew he cared. And when one of the guests asked for music, his selection celebrated the culture. He ended up playing a male solo artist who I will be adding to my repertoire. Our group: a young German couple, me and my husband ( mid aged African American) and a generous family from Mexico of Doctors and totally fun people became an instant family. Mostly because that family from Mexico, in Mérida to celebrate a birthday, made sure we all felt included in their joy. And oh yeah, the cenotes: a fun, refreshing adventure. Each different in its own way. I learned, from experience, that when you swim in a cenote and choose not to wear a life jacket, you must keep moving. This trip was the absolute best! I’d do it again, in a heartbeat 💗

We took a fantastic tour to explore four different cenotes yesterday. It was a small group, which we loved and it was quite quiet due to it being a Monday and quite overcast. Three were underground and all unique, while one was open . Our amazing guide,Tony, shared great information with us, but most of all had a great sense of humor! He also was quite the photographer, taking photos of us all and then sharing them with us at the end of the trip. Would highly recommend any tour with Tony as he was a great guy!
