This was a terrible tour service it was very hard to get a hold of people nobody contacted us for hours before our tour instead of canceling our tour they kept trying to get us to pay them directly instead of through the official Viator. Don’t book

Thank you for your feedback. As per our records, a pick up place, a time and a confirmation was done. You cancelled 20 minutes before the tour and this was your response: “ Sorry my mom said no to the tour we are deciding to cancel thank you” After coordinating all the moving pieces to provide you with a great experience, you just decided to cancel expecting no repercussions for abusing of our goodwill. We were flexible enough to provide different options in order to make sure you could enjoy your day. A partial refund was issued.
