I arrived for 5:30, But by 6:45...

I arrived for 5:30, But by 6:45 nobody had turned up! The contact number didn't work, I waited in the bar (barman said they'd been last night?!) I even walked along the docks to ask, but no one could tell me where the Party boat was. Waste of money (which I doubt I'll get back) wouldn't recommend
