Fantastic is the word I would like to start with. I have heard people saying ‘this is not for me’. Wrong, it suits anybody, you do not need skills, fitness or special ability. I have done a few Segway tours, but I loved this one. First: our guide, Allan. He explained and supervised the riding better than I had seen before, he was knowledgeable (hey, I know Madrid fairly well myself) and funny. The ride was a great experience (and it was raining!). Segway is a great way to get to know a city and I would recommend this tour.

We scheduled a tour for 4. Apparently, they had over booked a big student tour at the same time. The employees worked really hard to get us a tour at our scheduled time, they even went to another company around the corner, which they had time for us. Jesus was our guide and was amazing. We had a wonderful segway tour. Lots of laughs, giggles and information told to us by Jesus.

We had an absolute blast with Alan for our Segway tour! It was me and the family my husband and our two kids ( age 10 and 14). At first three of us, who had never said Wade before, we’re a little nervous… But Alan helped us get comfortable and gave us an incredible tour of Madrid. We had so much fun and got to learn a lot about this beautiful city. He gave us tips of where to go when we waited to start (delicious churros and chocolate) and places to go the rest of the time that we were in Madrid (parks and city centers and more). We were incredibly jet lagged, but are so glad we started our trip with this tour. Thanks, Alan! We won’t forget you.

I was by myself on a guided tour with Alen. He gave a ton of history about old Madrid and shared places I need to see on my next visit. Once learning the Segway, we were off and oh, the sites we saw. I highly recommend this service to those visiting Madrid for the 1st time. The historical information shared was great.

Miguel was an excellent tour guide! Even though everyone in our party knew how to ride a Segway, Miguel went over all of the safety features and made sure everyone was well-versed before we hit the road. He took us to all of the top spots in Madrid and gave us the history. Afterwards, he gave us restaurant Recommendations that turned out to be excellent. Highly recommend this tour.

This was our first time ever on Segways but Alan our guide, was absolutely phenomenal. He was so clear in his instructions, enthusiastic and just a brilliant guide. It’s always so nice when you have a tour where the guide is in awe of his city and Alan was a true testament to this! He even recommended other things to do during our trip here. We were able to see the palace, cathedral and Egyptian ruins all whilst taking in the rich culture Madrid has to offer. We would definitely do this tour again!

We had a very enjoyable tour of the old town. Alan was a great guide! When my daughter was feeling dizzy, he kindly helped us get her situated. We saw parts of the city we would not have seen on foot and the segways were easy to navigate. I appreciated Alan’s attention to safety and his knowledge of the city!
