Reina Sofía Museum have two access points — the Sabatini Building and the Nouvel Building — both connected on every floor and either can start your visit.

Flex Ticket offer admission during the opening hours: Monday and Wednesday–Saturday: 10:00 – 19:00, Sundays: 10:00 to 12:30.
All visitors pass a security check, and lockers are available at both building entrances to leave bags and personal belongings.
The museum is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility, with adapted routes, lifts, and services across both buildings
Facilities include lockers, a café-restaurant, a well-regarded bookshop, and rest areas in the Cloister, the Sabatini Building garden, and the Nouvel Building rooftop terraces.
Photography for personal use is permitted without flash, tripod, selfie stick, or any camera stand throughout the museum's sites

Better value if you hit all three museums in Madrid

The museum has some interesting pieces. Perhaps the most famous is Picasso Guernica. The reason for the low star rating is that I had purchased a flex ticket with audio. What was not crystal clear was the multiple pages that I had to read in order to download first the audio app before I could listen to it, which of course, when you get to the museum is unable to do so. There is no reason that should be so difficult. It should be on page one with instructions. Click here before entry to download the audio portion.

Great efficient way to get in to see the Guernica! we did not end up using the audio guide, but I’m sure that would’ve definitely added if we had had time!
