We had two reservations with viator The river boat cruise was fantastic. The narrator did a great job. The other reservation was for the hop on hop off bus. The first half on the red route was great. On the second half, the blue root, the driver dumped us off halfway around the circle and told us his days work was done. There we were stranded in the middle of London, not knowing how to get back where we started. Not a good recommendation at all.

Me and my son had a great time. The guided tour was very informative. Very pleased to see that they use an electric vessel. Very smooth and quiet. We were warm and comfy on the covered deck. Staff very friendly and helpful and the 40 min roundtrip just the right amount of time.

The details on this tour indicate that it starts at the time you choose at time of booking, but what it do NOT tell you after booking is that you absolutely need to arrive at least 10 min earlier otherwise the boat will leave without you, even if you arrive before the indicated starting time (which was our case). Furthermore, when arriving at the ticket office, we showed the ticket to the agent, which did not recognized them. We were sent to the other side of the pier, to then be told by another agent that it was actually the first place we came from. Going back, we showed again our tickets to another agent that confirmed it was the correct place. We missed our tour, wasted our money and time. We are HIGHLY dissatisfied with this tour, the completely messed up organization and the lack of details and instructions provided by Viator after booking. I do NOT recommend at all this tour if you want to avoid being disappointed.
