The driver was excellent! Professional. Vehicle was clean and tidy but older than I suspected. I thought for the price it would have been a newer van. Or a sprinter. I wish Viator would have printed the pick up time on the ticket. I had to call and verify and costed me 8 pounds. Overall good service.

It really was not great. It was very warm in London and there was barely any ac to the back of the van which made the ride very uncomfortable. We did ask multiple times to increase the AC but the air was not reaching the back.

Please note that the trip from our hotel located in the city center to Southampton Cruise Terminal was 2 hours long. The driver was not fluent in English, making the trip even longer.

Our driver Yuni picked us up 5 minutes early. Van easily seated our party of four plus plenty of room for luggage. Driver was very safe and drove well. Arrived right in front of shop ahead of schedule. Very stress free and the company was very flexible to change times to accommodate our needs.

We had a wonderful experience traveling from our hotel in London to the cruise port in Southampton. Our driver, Amel, did a fantastic job getting us out of London traffic. We were kept informed of delays, knew who and what kind of vehicle we were to ride in for the trip. The van was clean and handled all our luggage. (There were 7 of us travelling together.) Our kudos to Amel and the company representative for providing quality service.

We were a little worried because the driver was fifteen minutes late but in his defense the traffic was horrible due to construction. The car was comfortable and the driver was courteous. I would recommend but suggest giving yourselves plenty of time.

This was a great idea! All of England was threatened by a railway strike on exactly the day that we needed transportation from Victoria to Southampton to catch our cruise ship. We hired this transfer a couple of days ahead of time, and they called off the strike! We kept our reservation, and it was incredibly convenient. Our driver picked us up at our hotel and told us exactly how long it would be to Southampton. He was off by one minute. We're glad we did this!

The driver was prompt and helpful loading and unloading our luggage. However, he spent a large portion of the ride texting while driving. His phone was visible to us in the back seat so it was very evident when he got messages and when he was returning them.

Great experience with Julian our driver. Another company didn’t show earlier in our trip so I was very concerned to make the port in time. I communicate with the company several times and they were prompt in their response. Julien was prompt! He was a great driver and we never felt unsafe as we were on the “wrong” side of the road. Highly recommend this company!
