We had a great time with Ollie. We were able to see lots of sights in the one day we had in London. Price was reasonable. Only complaint is that we still have not received our pictures that Ollie took. Overall would definitely recommend!

This is definitely the way to do London on your first day! Ollie, our driver, was absolutely lovely. She had so much historical knowledge of every district of London and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exactly what we needed. We saw always the main historical sites but also guided us to fun attraction like an Art Gallery featuring Marilyn Moore. In addition, she gave invaluable advice of how to navigator London for our remaining days. Highly recommend Ollie!!!

Horrible, I am taking my son to London for his 18th birthday and the day of they said the couldn't take us on the tour. Despite confirmation. So in the future they have lost a long time user. I didnt find out until after I called when they were already 40 minutes late. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better tour of London, and it's all thanks to our incredible guide, Ollie. From the moment the tour began, it felt like we were catching up with a long-lost friend who just happened to be an expert on London. Ollie's knowledge of the city was truly encyclopedic, and she made sure we not only saw all of London's iconic landmarks but also understood their history and significance.

Ollie is an amazing tour guide. She drove us all around London showing us the sites and providing lots of interesting information about what we were seeing. We had a chance to get out at several places to take a closer look and take pictures. We didn’t have a lot of time to explore London and this was an excellent use of our limited time. Thank you Ollie for a fun and informative evening!

We had the most wonderful tour operator, Ollie. She was so personable and knowledgeable about everything....no question went unanswered. She was funny and smart and kind. Our only issue was with the vehicle used for the 7 of us - it was way too small and people were cramped in. Had the vehicle been bigger this tour would have been a 10!!!

Our guide was a hour late and tried to get us to pay $125 more (cash) but we didn’t. She was a little aggravated but still nice. Since we chose the walking tour, it was very fast paced walking. Our guide Ollie was determined to get to as many sites as possible. She was funny and had a photographer with her. I recommend you have them use your camera and not his. You will have to pay for your bus rides We stopped once for Fish and chips that were delicious. We didn’t get to decide what to see and she didn’t want to wait 10 minutes for the changing of the guards. But she didn’t give us advice on how to travel the bus line.

Ollie is amazing! She entertained our group from start to finish with her amazing sense of humor and her vast knowledge of the area. She tailored our experience to the top sites we wanted to see and showed us parts of London we didn’t even know existed!! I highly recommend a tour with Ollie you won’t regret it! - DEFINITELY plan on coming back and hiring her for another experience- hands down the best part of our trip! We will miss you Ollie!!!

We booked several guided tours on Viator during our stay in London and this one does not live up to the standard. While there were some positives (knows her way around, gets away with parking in super convenient spots, looks after your safety), the lack of professionalism and overall brashness of the guide is intolerable. She was rude and insulting to my family, insisted on us saying please/thank you when it wasn't proper form, failed to listen and let us finish our sentences, and kept telling us what a great time we were having. To better serve her customers I suggest Ollie focus on being the driver and hire someone skilled in interpersonal skills to handle the exchange with tourists. She truly means well and we appreciated her desire to please us. It just didn't work.

Maha was an amazing tour guide. We walked a lot but felt like locals, taking the underground and double decker bus, etc. He was very patient as we wanted to enjoy experience by taking pictures in front of most ionic landmarks , buying of souvenirs, etc. He took us to a great pub where they served very tasty English food, including the traditional fish with chips and sausages. The tour was a last minute decision but turned out to be a memorable experience.

The driver did not show! Had a message from him 5 minutes before we were to meet. I messaged back but got no response. I tried to call but no answer, said the line was busy. So disappointed.

This tour was the highlight of our trip. Ollie was the BEST guide and also became our friend along the way. We did the private drive tour and I would highly recommend it. You get to see the main itinerary while also having the ability to customize and see other highlights along the way. Ollie was so knowledgeable of the city she was able to get us to amazing places and guide us in exactly how to see the best things at the right time. I can’t say enough about this experience. We had a wonderful time and a fabulous tour guide who was very knowledgeable and informative of the area. She was very congenial and courteous, and offering to take our portraits pictures at various locations. We were able to visit multiple locations, walk around and take in all the views, and our guide enticed us with a local restaurant with the best fish and chips. Highly recommend tour and guide.
