- Children and babies under the age of 5 are not permitted

- Prosecco is only available for adults (18+)
- There is a toilet onboard the tea bus
- Buckingham Palace State Rooms: Visit to Buckingham Palace State Rooms is taken independently upon conclusion of the Afternoon Tea Sightseeing Tour. Entry to Buckingham Palace State Rooms is at 4:15 PM.
- Transfer between Victoria Station (on conclusion of the Afternoon Tea Sightseeing Tour) and Buckingham Palace is not provided and is approximately a 10-15 min walk
- Mobility Access at Buckingham Palace: Unfortunately we are unable to take bookings for guests requiring wheelchair or step free access. Bookings need to be made directly with Buckingham Palace

It was interesting to see the interior of the palace, but there were too many people being rushed through like cattle.
It was difficult to appreciate the rooms as you felt you had to move forward otherwise you would be holding people up.
As for the tea room it was overpriced and the use of flimsy paper plates and paper cups was a shock.. it’s not the standard I would expect at a palace.
At a push I would give it 6/10 and that’s me being generous.

Loved our tour! The audio tour of the state rooms was wonderful and we loved our time in the Garden Cafe and the gift shop. Definitely worth it to go into the Palace and not just see the exterior.

Very well organized and informative- highly recommend. It was self guided using ear phones, so u could take as much time as u liked. The tour took u thru numerous rooms and ended in the Gardens. We booked ahead thru a tour, but this time of year it was possible to buy tickets directly at the door.

The self-guided tour was great. We had a wonderful time visiting the palace and enjoyed ourselves in the garden. The instructions and GPS location to exchange the vouchers were confusing. We were standing in front of the locked main gate and had to ask one of the guards. He told us to go around the left side of the palace to find gate A to obtain tickets. It would be helpful if the tour company can include a picture of the ticket office.

The state rooms are beautiful. The tour was very busy/full. Received a headset with a guided audio tour. Would be nice if there were more places to sit and take in the beauty.

Viator did nothing except by the tickets which I could’ve done myself for less money. They didn’t provide any Guide. Buckingham Palace was wonderful But Viator was not of any help

Magnificent opulence. Well organised. Lots to see. Audio guide pretty good. Surprisingly reasonably priced cafe at the end. The tour ends at the back of the palace overlooking the gardens but you aren't allowed to wander around them. Garden tour was available but at extra cost - it seems you need to book this extra at the same time as your visit to the Palace rooms, there wasn't a possibility to purchase at the end of the Palace tour. Our visit took a couple of hours.

This was not the most exciting tour. The audio stops you constantly have to restart it as you go into another room. Little frustrating because you have to search for the tiny number of each room to match the audio. Save your money watch a YouTube.

Very confusing- we kept walking around looking for a guide to distribute our tickets. Come to find out that we were totally on our own. Questioning the advantage of going through Viator. Very frustrating trying to figure out what to do.

I'll recommand this tour If you want to have a taste of the monarchy. This vist is a must. For a moment we are invited to walk in the footsteps of the greats of the world. Plenty of time to have a walk in the state rooms. It changes of the museums and still a lot to see.
