Staff was lovely and the tea and scones were nice. The commentary tape wasn't working, so we went through London with no explanation of what we were seeing which was quite disappointing.

It was anew experience ,enjoying tea while driving through London , enjoyed it a lot got the chance to get the night view too as the tour started at 6 and ended around 7 15 ,felt that it ended too soon

This was easily one of the worst tours I’ve ever been on. Incredibly disorganized and the value was not there. The issue wasn’t even that my partner and I had to share a table. It was the awkward service from the gentleman that made us feel uncomfortable. A troublesome patron was sat at our table and while she was complaining that she didn’t have a proper placement setting while I was eating my pastries the gentleman took my plate from me and put it on my partners tea set and said…”see? His plate it on the other set now so you can have your own now…” the food might as well have been from Tesco as well because it was not fresh and the scones were dry. The salmon sandwich had a very strong fish taste that hinted bad quality. I’ve been fighting a bad stomach ache all afternoon now. Ruined my afternoon/evening since I have no appetite to eat since I can’t keep anything down.

It was a very nice ride around London, the staff and crew were very friendly. The only feedback I would have is there should have been more for a tour of the sites we were seeing. It would have been nice to have a voice over telling us about what we're driving by and what to look out for

We’ve had many great tours all over the world but this was not one of them
The food was plentiful and accommodated a vegan diet, so that was a positive.
A few of the staff were great, others not that friendly.
We were disappointed that the person running the tour wouldn’t accommodate our request for a seat on the top deck. There certainly weren’t many people on the bus and while I wasn’t going to go up to the 2nd level myself, I felt I was brushed off by the staffer.
The tour would have been more enjoyable if the music matched up with the beautiful pink bus we were in. Being in England, you’re thinking local music (we had been on an awesome Rock Legends Tour 2 days earlier). We had anything but that-certainly took away from the enjoyment.

I was very excited about this experience. I have to saynI was VERY disappointed. There was no narration. I am a frequent visitor so I had a pretty good idea of where we were but if I did not know, it would have made me very frustrated.

The bus wasn't clean enough. The bus was old, windows dirty, & smelled dirty. The speaker system was not good. Could barely here the person talking. The New York Tea Bus was very nice! Although, it was a good time.

As you get to the bus terminal, there will be no signage and no one will be waiting for you to greet you. You will get checked in when the bus doors open promptly at your start time. Be ready for this. With that being said, we got a chance to sit at the top and the greeting from Reija, Hetal, and Cleveland was super welcoming! I loved how they said "sit back, enjoy, and relax. We got this." It was a very enjoyable ride. However, I thought we were going to learn about the places we passed but we didn't, we just saw them from the windows and talked about it amongst ourselves. Nevertheless, the service was impeccable and I give the servers Reija and Hetal all the props because they were in a moving bus and did not spill or drop anything!
If you are looking for a cute enjoyable activity with snacks and drinks, this is it! The aesthetic inside is very girly, perfect for a girl's day-out activity. But if you are looking for an activity that will give you information about the sights, this is not it!

This was a terrible tour. The narrator shared nothing on the history of the sighs, other than to say Princess Diana got married in St Paul’s and Kate Middleton got married in Westminster Abbey.

Lower deck does not have the best views the navigator do not speak about the landmarks and at night with the lights on you cannot take pictures because of the glare from the windows. The traffic was terrible and the tour lasted more than 90mins

When we booked the “tour” we were under the impression it was an actual tour-a guide telling us about the city. Instead, we sat on a bus, ate finger sandwiches and had tea. I would never suggest this tour to anyone who was looking for a guided tour.

At the time of booking the tour we requested lower deck seating, but the day of the tour they gave us upper deck seating because they had space available. The problem is that they didn’t have a table for a group of three, only two tables for two people each. One of my friends had to sit alone during the 90 minutes,
The food looked and tasted old!!! If the food is the highlight of your tour, you need to do much better.
The host played loud music the entire trip. It was hard to have a conversation with the person seating next to me.
No maps available to follow the route and figure out what to look for. We were told that the maps were in the “other bus”.
In general, a terrible experience. A waste of our time and money.

The tour was fun and the staff was so friendly. All I would say is that it would be nice to receive a map so you are better able to identify the sights you are seeing. When no one announced what we were driving past, and I didn’t have a map, I honestly had no idea what I was looking at a lot of the time. I would have enjoyed it more if I had known since I was using this tour to see the city while there for just a day. The food was good, the atmosphere was fun, and the staff was kind and friendly.
