The game was canceled and I need my money back. Terrible they didn’t even inform us that the game was canceled. Never ever book at visitor.
Thank you very much for this experience ! The team is doing a very good job by answering questions at anytime and provide us game places few days before the game (very good places btw). I truly recommend!
We flew in from NYC for this match. Viator advertised this match as being held on Saturday Oct 26. When the tickets arrived, the match was actually on Sunday Oct 27, in the middle of our flights home. Viator refused to refund our money. Awful.
I recommend you avoid Viator if possible. They work with shady sub-contractors and once they have your money are absolutely no help to you. Try to deal directly with venues or tour guides instead. Poor, no make that zero, customer service/support.
Was a bit worried the tickets would not be there for collection but they were and very easy to collect from the hotel. My Son and l had a great day at our first ever game seeing Arsenal win. Expensive but worth the experience.
We got what we paid for- great seats at the Emirates with Arsenal playing. The game was drab though- but that's a different thing altogether. The promo coupons we got for The Armoury and the Stadium tour was well-utilised and very much appreciated.
Absolutely AWESOME! This was my wife and I's first ever European football game and we could not have been happier with our choice to go to this match. Fans were awesome!! Seats were great very close to bathrooms and food/drink vendors! We were lucky enough to sit close to a mega fan and was able to see someone go crazy for his team. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this tour! It is worth every quid! It was icing on the cake when the Arsenal pulled out the victory with only seconds left on the clock!!!!
I’ve been to a lot of football matches around the world and I have to admit this is one of the nicest stadiums I have ever been to. Incredibly easy to get to and well organised when you arrive there. Seats were amazing, great view and comfortable, unlike a lot of stadiums. Great atmosphere in the stadium, and the staff were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend if you are just visiting London or living here!
I had a very fun day out with my friends at the Arsenal stadium. The stadium is very nice, quite modern and has lots of food and drinks stations. The seats were very good; we had a great view of the pitch. I don't go to football matches often but being there, surrounded by the exciting atmosphere the fans create, doing the Mexican wave (that's always fun!) and watching the match was definitely a great experience.
Great day out at the Emirates Stadium. What an amazing atmosphere watching Arsenal play, you could feel the excitement! Seats were in a good location with a clear view of the pitch. Highly recommended to fans as well as tourists coming to London!
This was my first time at the Emirates stadium to see Arsenal play. What an beautiful stadium. It is really easy to get to from central London on the Victoria Line, and really well organised once you are there. The seats are really comfortable, not like normal stadium seats, and there is a space to go at half time to have a drink. Seeing a football game in London is one of those things you have to do while you are here and this is as good a place as any!
This sports package was awesome! We had checked before our vacation in London and there was no way of buying tickets for any of the Premier League games and we were desperate to see Arsenal play Everton. Tickets were easy to pick up and included access to the "club level" hospitality area where we relaxed before kick off with a couple of traditional pints of ale. A nice bonus at half time was that water, tea, wine and beer were included - no surprises as to what we chose to drink ;-) The seats were absolutely amazing with a great view of the pitch and the crowd very well behaved - I would have no hesitation in bringing my 7-year old nephew next time. Taking of him, the tickets also included a gift voucher for the club shop (I bought him an Arsenal football) plus tickets for the stadium tour and museum - so I will be definitely taking him next time I am in London. I definitely recommend this package for all soccer fans - there's nothing like watching a game in the home of football. Do it!
Wow, what a unique experience! The atmosphere at the Emirates was great and the stadium itself was one of the best I'd ever been to. It was raining, but the seats are covered so you don't get wet. They are are great seats and allow for unobstructed views of all the action. Included is a free drink at halftime where you can keep warm, talk to people and watch highlights of the game on the TVs. Highly recommend this, it's not to be missed while in London!
