Easy access to venue from Pudding Mill Lane Tube (DLR) - it's literally across the road.
There is a bar outside the venue, as well as inside but the menu options are fairly limited in both places to burgers, fries, loaded fries.
Really great atmosphere - with lots of people choosing to dress up / add sparkles!
We had seated tickets and the view was not compromised.
Fabulous show overall - loud, with lights and large screens so you don;t miss the action on stage. I would definitely recommend it - but perhaps without taking my 84 year old parents next time!!
Even my husband (who is not an ABBA fan) enjoyed the experience and was fascinated by the technology and light show!

It was amazing to see the Abba concert absolutely real. You feel like you are in 1977 and enjoying the real ABBA with all their songs, costumes talks, etc.

My main issue was I printed out the tickets and they did not work they were printed out on A4 paper they would not work with the scanners, several tried. with us being in a partie with myself and the others in the group being disabled we/I panicked even the tickets on my phone app did not scan I was quite worried that we had been scammed as I had not used your company before.

We had a fab time at the concert, well worth the visit BUT BEWARE - our Viator tickets did not scan at the gate so we had to go to the ticket office across the road where there was quite a long queue of people all with ticket issues. It took so long to resolve that we missed the first song and didn't have time to have a leisurely drink - we were very hot and bothered by the time we sat down, which somewhat put a dampner of the evening.

The experience was amazing but the Viator tickets were a mess and we were denied entry using the most recent ones sent to us via email. Luckily i found my original booking email that finally contained the correct tickets

ABBA Voyage is truly something else — an emotional, high-tech experience that blurs the line between concert and cinema. The live band was out of this world, and the attention to detail in the visuals was jaw-dropping. You genuinely feel the nostalgia and excitement in the room.
There was a small hiccup before the show started: our tickets (booked through Viator) didn’t scan at the entrance. It was a brief moment of confusion, and we were asked to step out of the queue — not the most pleasant feeling when everyone’s excited to get in. Thankfully, the team outside the venue were fantastic and quickly resolved it for us by providing a printed copy from their own system.
Just a note for future travellers — it might be worth quickly confirming your ticket details with the organiser directly (via the Viator app) ahead of time, just to ensure a smooth entry.

This is an evening down memory lane made possible by cutting edge technology. Whether you choose to dress for an evening out or as a fan of the band, you will be out of your seat dancing and singing along with every song. The band is backed up by a live band that really compliments the evening music. If you are super lucky, you will get an extra special surprise at the end of the show. Abba is iconic and the show just serves to make that so much more obvious. Don't wait to book or you will be greatly disappointed.

Thoroughly enjoyed it!... but for the price, there could have at least included a souvenir item given to us and a bottle of water!... way too expensive but I have to say it was so thrilling to be there! AMAZING performance though!

Brilliant Show - had everyone on their feet singing and dancing. Stunning graphics and presentation, would go to watch again if ever in London. Not the easiest location to visit though, but convenient to local train station.

Booking through Viator was really easy. It was really convenient having the tickets in the app, so would recommend booking with Viator.
The experience itself was good fun, although not as good as expected from all the wonderful reviews I'd read. It was good that the dance floor area wasn't too crowded, despite being sold out, as it meant that there was room to dance.

The show was truly amazing, a dazzling display of technology and music. However, a warning to ticket buyers….despite the tickets on the floor having seemingly assigned seats, much to our surprise, it’s a free for all of who arrives first. And given the lack of defined space, it became incredibly uncomfortable. Drunks lost all sense of decorum, it was crowed, sweaty, and honestly, smelled horribly of B.O. It was a shame to mar such a beautiful performance with this lasting memory. It would been nice to have know the floor seats were indeed, not seats.

Despite this being a paradigm-breaking concert, I would say I expected more.
First —a big hurra! for the musicians and the lighting. The laser system and kinetic elements were AMAZING. Also the logistics: This concert is extremely well organized.
However, the movements of the digital avatars were robotic. It was more of a gaming experience.
If they had waited a couple of years, the engineers could have probably worked more on some unique details, like the avatar's vision. Their look is pretty sinister.

Visually stunning experience..It felt like I was actually seeing Abba for real on stage. Great sound and oh how I'd love to get a live sountrack to this show. The actual band members and Abba avatars work so well together.

The show itself was absolutely amazing. It really felt like you were seeing a live concert but you knew you weren’t. From Canada we tried to find tickets through a lot of ticket outlets. Online booking was a hassle and wasn’t working. Wasn’t sure who to trust and then I searched Viator and found ABBA tickets - it was super easy and I was confident I actually had ticket. Travel to and from the Arena was convenient and easy.

This show was truly out of this world, it almost felt like an out of body experience. Having loved ABBA for all my life, getting to see this spectacle in person practically moved me to tears. A one of a kind and incredible show for an unforgettable group!

Brilliant show, not only were the holographic avatars so lifelike the lightshow and video were something we've never experienced before. I'm not an ABBA fan perse (don't have a single album) but I know the music and the show sounded and felt like you were at the real thing, atmosphere was really up there. So glad we went
