Communication was not great but Alonzo absolutely made the experience 10/10 . He was super friendly and helpful . Took my bags at the gate , took them in the hotel and just made sure everything was great . Would surely book again !!

This tour company is awful. I booked a pickup with Viator for a hotel pickup to airport. My client reached out via Whatsapp via texts and messages they never responded or showed up to pick her up. I contacted Viator which was no help. The tour company lied and said they showed up which isn't true. I have attached screenshots of my client trying to contact them. MY client had to pay for a taxi in order to make her flight back to the United States. Also the company's staff doesn't speak English as well. Why does Viator use a company that is International that doesn't speak English in order to get assistance. I would recommend no one to use this tour company.. I requested my refund and they lied and said they were there.. which isn't true. Not reliable if you are looking for a reliable shuttle transportation. company

The reservation was made by an agency that does not work with suppliers directly, according to your comments, we sent the mobility at the scheduled time, the client did not answer the calls and at the hotel reception they said that the client was not in his room. We send the respective tests.

Safe. Reliable and responsive. They even arrived early! Definite must I rode to my hotel alone and felt safe. Came back with my boyfriend and it was also safe.
