It was very easy to book. The driver was there on time waiting for us with a sign. He was of good disposition. He did not understand or speak English at all, but with help of Chat GPT we were able to converse with him. He told us about the best dishes of Peru and that there are many restaurants open for dinner and not to worry. I am booked on another transfer with them to the airport. I will use their services again.

Ba experience with the driver pickup

Driver assigned to us was terrible. He messaged me that he will be at gate 3 after we exit baggage claim only to find out that he wasnt there yet and messaged me again several times that he was on his way Even sent photos where he was. That took about 30 mins of waiting. When we finally met him we followed him to his car. The 2 checking luggages barely fit in his trunk because he had a large storage tank of liquid gas which his runs on. We had to put our handcarry in the front passenger seat.. From the airport he took several side roads I guess in an attempt to shortcut his way to our hotel. While he got on the Circuito de Playas Rd. hHe was clocking st around 75-80 km per hour . I cant recommend this driver forAiirport pick ups and dropoff.

Líliana picked me up at the airport. Great communication during the day. Everything went smoothly. On the way to the hotel she was showing all the different parts of Lima and tell me all about Peru. Totally recommend it for who wants to arrive in Lima and need a transfer!
