The lake tour was great and the guide was great “BUT” your directions to meet the boat/tour guide were a disaster (all most missed the tour).
There was no parking at the meeting site and it was only accessible by walking a long distance. The was no marker for your tour guide. I can not recommend your company given
this poor coordination.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the experience and that the guide met your expectations.
Regarding the directions to reach the starting point of the experience, we tried several methods to contact you without success. Therefore, we sent all the information in detail through the chat provided by Viator. In the message sent, we also included the Google Maps link for easy access to the starting point, which, as specified in the tour description, is located at the port before entering Sirmione. This location is just a short walk from a large parking area, as access to the historic center by car is restricted.
We apologize for not being contacted to inquire about the most convenient parking, as we would have been happy to assist you and provide a means of contact.

If you are looking for a boating experience that teaches you interesting information about the location, I would avoid this “tour”. It wasn’t actually a tour at all. All we did was go out about 2 miles around the lake and go back with music blaring from the speakers. The boat is fairly big, it would probably be more fun with many other people. Also, keep in mind that it was only for an hour. The price was not worth it.

We are sorry you did not fully enjoy the tour. This is actually the Private Romantic Motorboat tour, so not one designed to have a lot of people on board... We also have the Sirmione Guided Tour and Motorboat Tour, which is also private but combines a walking guided tour of Sirmione and the sailing at the end.
