It’s is a small place shared with a hotel. The place wasn’t overly crowded. I felt like it was easy to uber there, check in, get lockers, and enjoy a very delicious lunch. The ribs were off the chain! The hot springs were very therapeutic. Some pools slightly warmer and very relaxing for my muscles. I really enjoyed sitting on the lounge chairs in the pools and sitting at the bar for a drink.

Relaxing, Professional, and Absolutely Worth It
We had a wonderful and very relaxing experience at the La Fortuna mineral hot springs – definitely worth it!
The staff at check-in were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The hot springs were clean, well-maintained, and offered pools with different temperatures, which made it easy to fully relax.
It was also very convenient that you receive a wristband, so you can leave and come back anytime.
The highlight for us was the couple’s massage – one of the best we’ve ever had. The staff were very professional and respectful, and we really appreciated the quiet atmosphere during the massage.
The food was okay and a nice addition overall.
Would definitely recommend it!

Hot springs were cozy and relaxing. We also arranged volcanic mud massages for two, which was amazing. I fell asleep during the session. The buffet dinner was delicious with plenty of protein options. I would say it’s quite worthy at this price.

I went only for the afternoon and the evening, and I really enjoyed the relax. The baths were nice and warm, some of them really hot and we stayed there only a few minutes. There is a towel provided with deposit, changing rooms and showers and lockers available.

We did the minimum, just the pool access. Get there early enough to grab a little lounging area. Enjoy the pools and eat ala carte. Very relaxing way to pass a tropical day.
Towels are free, just pat the deposit.

Great experience for the price point! We had a great time relaxing here when the weather was less than ideal for other experiences. I loved they provided towels for a deposit. Would recommend this to a friend.

We loved the experience however the experience was lessened by having children jump into the springs like they were a pool. This was not the properties fault but the parents

Terrific experience, with very polite staff. Great experience. Give yourselves plenty of time and schedule the massages late in your trip giving yourself enough time to adjust for meal and going over with pool time. Recommend bringing a water pored bag for money and phone. Won’t always be able to use a card due to system being down, so plan for cash, drinks are pricey so bring enough cash.

This was a nice place to enjoy the
springs with pools of varying temperatures and a bar. It does not have water slides like some other places but was nice and not overly crowded. The meal, though, was not very good and the reason I gave four stars. I would go after lunch, because there are so many good and reasonably priced restaurants in La Fortuna when the one here was neither, and forego the meal.

Issue for the day we were there is that they had painted one of the big pools and filled it too soon so many people ended up with paint on them and their swimsuits

The trees were absolutely beautiful in the pool area and this made for a wonderful atmosphere. The lounging chairs around and in the 36 degree pool were a welcome addition.

Great experience, good value for money. You can find a lounger to leave your towels whilst uou swim. The lockers provided keep your valuables safe.

Worth the trip. I brought my 16 year old for some bonding time. We had a great lunch then changed into our swimsuits for the multiple hot/cold springs.
I liked that there were a number of pools to choose from so you could relax without a lot of people around.

What an experience- first ones there at 11, and had all the pools to ourselves for 2 hours.
The buffet lunch was very good, with pumpkin soup, grilled fish fillets and chicken, along with salad, rice, and mashed potatoes.
The swim up bar prices were reasonable, too.
The hot tubs were really hot, and I couldn’t get in them, but there were 3 other temperature pools.

We wanted something last minute to do for our final night in La Fortuna. This was a good deal for a dinner (ok buffet) and a number of hot spring pools. The grounds are beautiful and the pools fairly busy until it gets dark when most of the activity gravitates to the wet bar area. We saw fireflies and had a relaxing evening! Viator was great to get us in on this same day.

We had a great time. The pools were well designed and provided private spots. We enjoyed drinks at the wet bar, and later a dinner. Food was very good, and the whole experience was worth the money.

We were very satisfied with the hot springs. There was plenty of space and several pools at different temperatures. The bar at the one pool was convenient and served delicious specialty cocktails. The whole area was covered with vegetation which made it feel like part of the rainforest and not a tourist location. We read that others were not happy with the dinner option so we decided to do lunch there instead and were happy with it. Overall a solid option to kill a few hours while in La Fortuna.

We were pleasantly surprised by both the size and beauty of Paradise Hot Springs. Although there were a number of guests there, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out in different areas. The loungers in the hot springs were so relaxing as were the loungers around the area. And we loved the swim up bar! Towels are provided if you leave a down payment, which is returned when you return the towels. We had such an incredibly fun and relaxing afternoon!
