We found this pretty overrated and wouldn't do it again. Our kids are 13 and 11 and were pretty bored....there are two water slides and one is geared toward little kids...so not enough to keep their attention very long. Also kinda annoying that after paying to get in you have to pay for towels...

We never went on this excursion. The description says they will
Pick us up at our hotel and I was asked for location months prior. But the day of when I called to confirm time of pick up they said it wasn’t included. Byron said I could cancel and would be receiving an email, but I have t received an email or a refund. This is a scam. Be careful

The facility was quite crowded during our visit (understandably, as it was Christmas week), and the availability of hot springs with comfortably warm water was somewhat limited. The check-in process for private bookings was slightly confusing, as we were initially directed to a different location.
Furthermore, bringing your own towels is highly recommended. The resort charges a $10 deposit and a $2 fee for each towel rented, with cash being the only accepted form of payment. This can prove inconvenient for those who do not have sufficient cash on hand.

Beautiful environment with so many pools with different temps to choose from. The staff was friendly & the premises were pristine.

Hot springs were nice. Not as warm as we thought they would be.food was average. Too expensive for the experience.

Food at the lunch buffet was great. The resort was beautiful and relaxing with incredible views of Arenal Volcano. It was a great value for the money and clean- just a little too crowded-maybe they should have a cap on the number of guests
