Magical evening boat cruise

The trip ran on time and the staff were lovely. It was magical seeing everywhere lit up whilst travelling down the river. It was beautiful.

We had to have a refund. There was no captain to sail the boat and we were unable to wait due to other events planned. There was no communication. We pretty much had to find out ourselves. And this was after we had been on the boat for an hour. Would not recommend

Enjoyed the short cruise but missed out on the wine that was 'sposed to be incl. ? Just sat down with everybody else. Saw some tables with cloths on at the front but weren't told where to sit. After waiting hopefully we just bought a drink at the bar ! Ah well, never mind.

I'm not happy 😕 that i was told my tickets were for the 17th and not the 16th got taxi to the boat and and told its tomorrow night it was my wife birthday on the 16th so know boat trip and had to walk back to the hotel and was very upset.

Nice evening cruise along the river. Prerecorded guide in multiple languages meant you had often passed the landmark before your language was reached but otherwise really interesting.

A very bad experience. The ship hasn't been able to set sail. And they won't answer us to pay us back. We've had an hour and a half inside the boat without being able to get off and without making the route. Within an hour and a half we were told to get off that they couldn't set sail. That they felt the inconvenience
