Just a bit confusing to locate correct dock, but all went well, nice slow cruise with voice narration of what you’re seeing is a nice touch.

Had the 10:30am boat trip on the 9th of July 2026. It was really a nice experience; seeing Krakow in different perspective is worth it. The live commentary as we travel through the Vistula River is very informative.
It was a relaxing experience as the boat captain drove smoothly through the river. Really a good value from money.

The cruise and sights were beautiful but the condition of the ship was absolutely unacceptable. The stairs are quite narrow, slippery, and broken in places which caused two accidents during our cruise. Inside the ship there is a small bar for buying beverages but the floor is uneven with lips everywhere perfect for tripping and falling which was exactly what happened as well. Be wary when booking for families with elderly passengers and children. The boat itself is quite a hazard.

Our vessel meets all required safety standards and undergoes regular inspections. However, as on many boats, the stairs are narrow and steep, so passengers should use the handrails and take extra care when moving around, especially when travelling with children or elderly guests. We will also review the areas you mentioned to ensure they remain safe and clearly marked.
Beautiful river cruise with historical information. There was a welcome bar serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

This trip was so good! It doesn’t mention anywhere that there is a fully stocked bar on board!! Also we were blessed with a beautiful sunset! Just a nice leisurely trip with some interesting facts.

Lovely little cruise. Sat on top the whole time, only just got a seat, so get there early enough to get yourself a seat on deck.

Name of company is on the sunshade so look carefully for it but not a lot of boats in same place so easy enough to find

Was ok. Not overly much to see but the commentary was clear and did learn a little. Some information given but would be good to have more. Eg... This building is now used for something very different.

Very pleasant river cruise. We booked on the same day for a party of 6. Boat travels upstream for a km or so before turning around to go all the way downstream past Royal Castle and Pope JPII former residence and many other landmarks before returning to embarkation point,

It was overpriced. The cruise took place on what I can only describe a a floating caravan. I needed to go to the toilet midway during the 'cruise' and was curtly informed by the captain - a rather rude, elderly individual - that there wasn't one! It made the remainder of the trip decidedly uncomfortable. To be truthful, there wasn't much to see during the hour and the accompanying recording was scarcely audible at times.

We’re sorry that the cruise did not meet your expectations. We operate different types of vessels depending on the departure and number of passengers, and while most of our boats have toilet facilities, some of the smaller vessels do not. Before departure, however, guests are welcome to use the toilet facilities on our Arkadia barge at the meeting point.
I really wouldn't bother with this boat trip, its cheap for a reason. Extremely boring with nothing to really look at. The guy in control of the boat had his head down looking at his phone for most of the it. Wasn't even the same boat as pictured. Im sorry but ita a 1/10 from us.

We would like to clarify that the photos show all types of boats we operate, and as clearly stated in the description, cruises are carried out using different vessels. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a specific boat shown in the pictures.
It’s a pity that you found the route uninteresting, as many of our guests enjoy the calm atmosphere of the Vistula River and seeing the city from a different perspective.
The boat had indoor and outdoor seating it was wildly cold, but still beautiful. The guide part of the tour was a very basic audio recording, but still good for the cost.
Also, the price was €2 less if you bought directly from the boat at the dock.
