We took this tour in mid April as a private tour and it was truly stunning. Our guide Maciej was amazing. He picked us up and on the way to the first castle and throughout the whole trip he explained so much about the area, the castles and Polish history. Very intersting. We had plenty of tie to explore. We do higly recomment this trip and will be doing it again when we´ll be in Cracow. We are travelling a lot, but this was for sure one of the best tours we´ve ever done.

Our tour guide was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and focused on the tour. We missed a few things due to it being winter and some locations closed or too far away while the sun is up but would recommend this to everyone.

Five of us traveled together in a comfortable van with a very knowledgeable and kind man named Matthew. All along the way he provided information about historical battles, rulers, villages, nature, and personal experiences. We visited the seven most popular castles along eagles nest and I won’t lie, it was a work out. My mother, with a bad hip and two bad knees, joined us for the day, and though there were some staircases she couldn’t manage, Matthew was able to help her avoid these and provide her with alternative routes and views that she could manage. We were aLeo accommodated with plenty of bathroom stops for my kids as well. Because we went in early November, the tours were devoid of tourists and leaf covered trees. This provided us with some absolutely amazing views and photos. Pack a lunch and plenty of water and enjoy the tour! You will not regret this one.

This was a perfect day trip from Krakow. The coordination for picup and drop off was great. Maciej was an amazing guide. He truly loves what he does and it shows in the care he takes and stories he tells. The tour itself was smaller so it made the adventire much more personable.

Mateus (Mathew?) was an extremely knowledgeable guide. He tirelessly explained the unique aspects of each of the 8 castles along the route. He tailored the route to the experience and desires of the guests creating a wonderful tour. I heartily recommend this to castle lovers.

If you're a fan of castles, nature or just seeing parts of a new country that you wouldn't typically get to see, this is the tour for you! We had an absolutely magical time touring each of these individually unique castles, with the perfect amount of time spent at each place to make the most of our time there. Matthew was a brilliant guide, and matched the vibe and energy really well :). He was so informative and answered all of our questions! While it was unfortunate that some of the castles were closed for the off-season, this did mean that the castles that were open felt pretty exclusive as we were the only ones there. Would 100% recommend!

I loved the variety of castles - everything from ruins to renovated museum. A perfect way to see the countryside, learn history, and have a lot of fun climbing up and down towers! My family loved it, even the hard-to-please teenagers.

If you are interested in history and castles, this is the tour for you! We saw so many castles across the beautiful countryside of Poland and Matthew our guide was great. He took great care to ensure we were comfortable and we did not miss a thing on this all-day tour. We saw so many castles that I lost count, and looking back at the photos really does not do it justice.

PROS: Great sights, get to see...

PROS: Great sights, get to see original ruins and medieval type castles. Less expensive than other tour companies. Friendly driver and guide. CONS: Would have liked to go inside castles. Unfortunately, guide didn't have very good English and was difficult to understand most times.
