The tour guide,who never have a name, was unfriendly, bordering on rude and unprofessional. We even had to make an unscheduled stop to get petrol. The driver was overly aggressive and on his phone in busy Istanbul traffic and on wet, curvy mountain roads. The stops were at pushy souvenir shops until we reached Uladag. The cable car ride was the highlight of the trip but I would definitely recommend going with anyone other than this crew.

According to their report, there was a delay in your pickup due to heavy traffic in Istanbul that morning—something unfortunately outside of our control. We understand that this may have affected the rest of your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused. However, we would like to respectfully clarify that our vehicles are regularly maintained, and the brief stop to purchase engine oil was a precautionary measure taken to ensure safety throughout the mountain drive. Additionally, the driver is a licensed professional, trained for safe driving in various conditions. We do not condone phone usage while driving, and this claim has been taken seriously and will be further investigated. Our itinerary includes short stops that many guests enjoy for browsing local goods, though we understand that preferences vary and regret if these felt excessive to you. We’re glad you enjoyed the cable car ride, and we appreciate your recommendation for improvement.
