We really enjoyed the itinerary for the day and Pinar was extremely knowledgeable in explaining in great detail the history and its relevance to Ephesus. Wonderful day trip to Ephesus!

Very well organized tour from start to finish. We had a funny and very knowledgeable Turkish guide. I think having a Turkish guide brings a unique perspective compared to someone who only recites historical facts. Ephesus is Amazing!

Everything went smoothly. The hotel pick up was right on time, we had plenty of time to get to our flight and the flight went smoothly. We were greeted by our guide, Gurkan, at the Izmir airport and he provided tons of great information about Ephesus and the surrounding area. The visits to Ephesus, Mary’s house, and the ruins of St John’s Basillica were beyond my expectation! It was wonderful to see and Gurkan was so knowledgeable. I enjoyed everything about it.

Amazing Ephesus.

We had the most amazing experience, our tour guide Selenay was great. She met us at the airport and gave us the rundown of the day's itinerary and was flexible if we wanted some changes. The guided tour of the ancient city of Ephesus was enlightening, followed by a visit to House of Virgin Mary. Finally, lunch and visit to Carpet weaving factory. I will recommend this trip to anyone.

It was an amazing tour, and the guide was the best ever had, we had a kind of private tour because it was for only my son and me. The guide spoke fluent Spanish and understood our needs to know about the Turkish culture and also the history of the bible.

Next to the ruins, our tour guide and the company will be most memorable. Viator went above and beyond. Our tour guide Alex was a trained archeologist who was present when tombs were opened. From hotel pick-up to drop-off this tour could not have been any better! Alex, our guide, was the best we could have asked for. He rode in the back of the van with us and explained every detail of the sites we would visit, then took us through and provided unique history and commentary (also answering every question along the way). Would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering a trip to Istanbul.
