I made a mistake with the date of the tour, however the organizer was very helpful and gave us a different date without charging anything. Our guide Hamza was great and took care of my kids who weren't feeling well. However, I feel the ATV and Turkish delight stops weren't necessary, these took almost three hours, which could have been beter spent exploring Bursa city.

Good trip, bad agency

The trip itself is very nice but the agency was very bad. Pick up and drop off should be at hotel door, however after a long trip (14 hours ) they dropped us off at the agency door saying you can walk to your hotel! Tour guide Mahmoud told us we can’t pay for cable car by credit card and he can get us tickets and ee pay him later. We discovered he was trying to sell us cable car ticket with a higher price and credit cards are accepted

My wife and I booked this tour and were very excited to travel and see other parts of Türkiye. We left feeling a little underwhelmed by it all. It honestly felt like most of the stops at the candy, jam and silk markets were just tourist traps. As soon as you walk in someone is asking what language you speak and pairing you with someone who is just trying to sell you there product. Uludag Mountain was awesome, dress for very cold weather and the cable car was a nice experience as well. Overall total length of the trip was about 15 hours so if you choose this trip just know it is a very long trip with most of it riding on a bus.

We started the tour at 8:00am and didn’t arrive in Bursa until around 12:00pm. After arriving, there were two shopping stops followed by lunch. Unfortunately, the lunch was quite average — although the soup tasted fine, it came with an unexpected extra charge of 200. We reached the mountain at about 2:00pm. The chair lift experience (additional 700) was enjoyable, and the mountain views were beautiful. As we come from a country where we don’t get to see snow during Christmas, this was a highlight for us. Overall, I was hoping the guide could share more about the history of the city, spend less time on shopping stops, and offer a better lunch experience.

Bursa is located in a different city from Istanbul, and during peak seasons or holiday periods (such as Christmas week), traffic and ferry waiting times may extend the travel duration. We always aim to manage the schedule as efficiently as possible to maximize our guests’ experience. Regarding the shopping stops, these are part of the tour program and clearly mentioned in the itinerary. They are optional, and guests are never obligated to make any purchases. For lunch, our package includes a set menu main course. Additional items such as soup or special drinks may have an extra charge depending on personal preference, and we are sorry if this was not clearly communicated on the spot.
