Loved Bursa ! The tour guide , Nuri , was great . He was knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond at times - he Offered his sunglasses to me for the quad ride . Without the glasses I wouldn’t have managed to drive the quad . Nuri deserves 5 stars regardless of how the tour went ! I took the gold ticket that included the chair lift - which was worth it. The cable car ride down was fun. Had to wait extra 15 min for the bus to reach the bottom as cable car was faster than the bus.
One thing that I noticed about this tour was that it included a lot of stops at shops ( baklava ,Turkish delight , soaps , jams , cosmetics , honey ) we ended up buying a lot of things .
Wasn't explained when I joined tour it would be in English and another language, which isn't a problem, I just thought it was the wrong tour because I didn't understand anything for the first 5 minutes.
Too much shopping, the first and only stop on the itinerary was quoted on arrival as 30 minutes, we were there 90.
Not enough historical information on the Green Mosque or burial sites. Instead of directing us direct to the Mosque, we were ushered into a historical hamam, but it was just another shopping ploy. Barely had time to visit the sites! Lunch is late afternoon, then another stop at shopping. There was no mention of an optional cost ATV activity, it was fun. But too long taking pictures at the small waterfall.
The agency asked me to change dates to avoid traffic, but we sat in traffic for hours and then I couldn't get dropped off where I was picked up due to known road closures.

You should have seen three package options when making your reservation—Silver, Gold, and Platinum—and you booked the Gold package; that is why the ATV tour was an extra cost. Commentary on the tour bus is provided in multiple languages, though naturally, this is done sequentially. Regarding the hotel drop-off, the police had closed Taksim and the surrounding area to traffic, which is why we were unable to drop you off directly at your hotel. It was extremely cold, a little heads up would have been helpful to wear warm clothes.
We didn't enjoy the trip very much and a few things were canceled because the weather wasn't very helpful.
Historical and cultural information provided by the guide was minimal, and it felt more like a shopping tour as we made several stops at famous local shops.
Overall, it was nice but didn't meet our expectations.

Thank you Nova tours for arranging this amazing trip to Bursa. We traveled with small kid and it was very convenient for us to explore while our kid enjoyed a lot. This could have been great if we would have some more time in snow but it was still worth for the price we paid.. overall superb experience!!

Very very disappointing !! Almost a SCAM !!
I did pay for a golden package and finally : No ferry ride / No cable car / No chair lift / and the joke was we haven’t been able to get inside the mausoleum just because what wzs matter during that tour it was to do shops !!! And there things were 200/300% more expensive compare to Istanbul !!
They told me they will make a refund of 15$ due to the impossibility to have done it alll and well nothing was made !!

On the day of your tour, the weather conditions were unsafe, and for this reason the cable car and chair lift were officially closed by the authorities. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and in such cases it is not fair to hold the tour operator responsible.
To ensure that your day was not wasted, we added extra locations and extended the program at no additional cost for you. The ferry and mausoleum visit were also affected by operational and time restrictions on that day, not by misinformation or intention to mislead.
Regarding shopping stops, these are optional, and no guest is ever forced to make purchases. Prices are set by independent local vendors, not by us.

We booked this tour mainly for the Osman Gazi tombs, but when we met the group, they said it was not included. The listing promised an English-speaking guide, but most of the tour was in Arabic/Turkish and we barely learned anything. At each stop, we were rushed with little time to explore and no clear instructions. We were very disappointed with the false advertising and overall experience. I would not recommend this tour. Save your money and book one that actually delivers what it promises.

This is a long day but it gives an overview of modern Türkiye. Travelling on the super highways that rival those in the USA through many recently constructed high rise buildings blocks, have a convincing impression of a first world nation.
