Not exclusively vegan cooking

Chris was a great teacher and cook and we made some delicious vegan dishes. Unfortunately I can not recommend this cooking class atm to other vegans as our class was not exclusively vegan which meant a trip to the markets stopping to buy meat and fish which is very sad to see live fish swimming in shallow pool of water and another couple cooking separate non vegan dishes in a very close environment . I had to request on various occasions on separate plates to ensure no cross contamination. I have also come away with lots of recipes for meat and fish dishes. If Chris can provide a vegan only cooking class or private cooking class with print out recipes of only vegan dishes then I 100% would recommend
