This was such an amazing class!! We made some traditional egg coffee and then made banh mi from scratch! The class was around 4 hours long and was such good value for money! I would recommend this to absolutely anyone staying or visiting Hanoi. Staff were so lovely too ❤️

Best cooking experience

Amazing experience. Hazel was professional and informative as she shared Vietnamese culture and taught us the recipes and how to create our very own tasty cuisine. She walked us through a local market to get the farm fresh ingredients. An amazing shared experience that I highly recommend to everyone that visits Hanoi. My daughter and I had the best afternoon to finish off our visit to Vietnam.

My partner and I enjoyed learning to make egg and salt coffees, which we can’t wait to try at home! Making the banh mi and filling was also great - probably the best banh mi we had in Hanoi haha! They catered for me as a vegetarian too.

I had a wonderful time, learning how to prepare the dough and bake Bahn mi as well as how to make egg coffee. The wine tasting was great. The instructor was excellent and friendly. Highly recommend experience 🙂

I was ill and could not attend, but Jane was unbelievable! She offered to switch me to the next day, but I left Hanoi then. So, she sent me some fabulous gifts by currier. What a delightful surprise!! I am hopeful to take the class upon my return to Hanoi. Thank you, Jane!!

Was a very enjoyable and engaging class, I appreciated that everyone in the group had their own roll and purpose. Additionally the amount of details taking you through the process of making both the Banh Mi and the coffee was very methodical and easy to follow.
