The visitor has two points where this service is offered: Access Pavilion. Building next to the Wine Gate. However, due to unit limitations these services can only be provided until existing availability is exhausted.
Important information: It is mandatory to present the original ID, passport or identity card indicated on the reservation. In case of non-presentation, access to the monument may be denied and no refund will be made.

If I could give this zero stars I would. First off, they advertised and sold a tour that included the Nasrid palace and it was supposed to start at 11am. The tour operator unilaterally changed the time to 9am without any notice. Then Viator reached out to ask if we changed the time, which we didn’t, but we adjusted our plans because there was no way we were going to get another tour last minute. Then, in the fine print of an email I received one day before the tour, they said the tour did not include Nasrid Palace - which is the main attraction. They did not clarify what had changed and made it seem like it was just the time. Then they said, again last minute, that the tour was going to start at 11am but the Viator voucher was still for 9am. So I reached out to Viator and told them that the time discrepancy was an issue - do we arrive at the meeting spot at 9am and hope the tour is running or miss 9am and arrive at 11am and find out that it was 9am. I didn’t trust the tour operator. So the night before, I asked for a refund and the tour operator got back to be at 10:30am the next day and refused. And guess what… the 9am tour advertised on visitor and on my voucher never took place! So beware that if you book this company, good luck getting what you booked and good luck getting the correct time. The tour company completely blamed Viator for listing the wrong tour and time. I am not sure who made what mistake but I do know that we did not take this tour, it didn’t operate at 9am and we still had to pay for it.

Regarding the schedule, there was a technical connectivity issue with the Viator platform, which affected the time displayed on some reservations and caused confusion. As the local operator, we had to adapt to the information shown on that platform. Throughout the process, we remained in contact via the booking messaging system to keep you informed and to try to provide the best possible solution. Ultimately, in order to avoid further inconvenience to customers, the tour took place at 11:00 AM. This issue originated entirely from Viator’s system, and as the local operator, we had to manage and resolve a situation that was not under our control, which also involved a significant additional workload on our side. Regarding the tour content, we would like to emphasize that this is the Alhambra (Gardens, Alcazaba and Generalife) tour, as clearly stated in the product name and inclusions. The mention of the Nasrid Palaces in the description refers to the Alhambra complex as a whole, but it does not imply that access to them is included in this specific tour. We regret if the information may have caused any confusion at any point. Our goal is always to provide a clear, transparent service in line with what has been booked, and we have been working for many years to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. Good but miscommunication regarding tickets

Tour was very good. When we arrived, they didn’t have our tickets and told us we should have received them electronically. I texted the tour contact and they replied that the tickets should be with the guide. The guide ran off somewhere and returned with our tickets. The guide also told me rather rudely that it wasn’t her issue/problem. Unnecessary miscommunication and stress.

0 that is what this tour operator deserves.We paid over £300, for a group of 10, and did not get to go on the tour.The arrangement was poor due to the difficulty in getting to the site. After getting to Malaga with more than enough time for the 2+ hour journey we could not get on the bus bcz it was full,and the next bus would be due well after the tour started. As for trying to get on the train🤣🤣The tour operator should have given more support when we called the night before and supplied information about getting to the site using public transport: Did we need to buy bus tickets beforehand, if not what time did we need to get to bus station to ensure we get tickets. Could they not at least provide transport from Malaga. They took our money knowing we wouldn't be able to get to the site. Highway ROBBERY.Poor service, poor planning by tour operator, poor staff, poor tour company Below 0. Please nobody use this tour operator.

When making a reservation through the platform, it is important to keep in mind that tickets to the Alhambra are nominative and require specific information that was not provided at the time. We tried to contact you by phone and email, and finally managed to obtain the necessary data just two days before the visit. This error is not the operator's or the booking platform's, but yours. Even so, you had your reservation and visit planned for the day and time reserved. We understand that the day before the visit you had questions about transportation. However, the reservation description clearly states that the guided tour to the Alhambra does not include transfers. Therefore, we suggest you consult your hotel reception about the best options to get there, since we do not manage transports in Malaga. We informed you that you needed more than 3 hours to get there and we also recommended that you use a private means of transfer, as there were 10 people it would not be very expensive but your response was to laugh and say that it was expensive and it was our responsibility to take you to Granada. Even so, you did not arrive on time and the local guide was waiting for you for more than an hour. We even offered you a time change for the same day but that didn't seem right to you either. No option seemed good to you if we did not send a taxi to pick you up at your hotel in Estepona, a service that was not included and nor did we work. Our responsibility is to inform you about everything related to the visit and, in this case, we even have it in writing. We kindly answer all your questions, but we cannot help if you make a mistake when making and booking your Spain itinerary. Our goal is always to inform and help our clients in everything related to their visit. We strongly recommend seeking advice from tourism experts to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a pleasant experience. Outstanding tour

More comprehensive than previous Alhambra tours that I've been on. Very likeable, knowledgeable tour guide. We had outstanding weather and the tour coincided with (intentionally?) the setting sun, which made for some excellent photographs. I treated my mother to this tour and we both came away super pleased.
