Great tour guide! The tour was very informative and entertaining.
Rather expensive, but we were late to book (visiting Andalucia during semana santa) and no regular tickets were to be had anymore. Worth it.

Tour operator canceled the tour because they didn’t have the “minimum” amount of people joining the tour. But offered me to give the tickets (no access to the Nasrid palaces) and a poorly designed/glitchy web based audio guide that only listed 12 areas which they didn’t even explain how to reach.
It just felt like a total scam so they can sell you the tickets for $60 each.

Bought the tickets for the Ahlambra at high cost ($155!) as they were last minute. Tour was advertised as guided - 3 hours. Was informed a half hour before the tour, a guide was not available. Was given a self -guided audio tour instead that contained about 1/2 hour of content.

Do not book this tour online via Viator. I had another tour fall through at the last minute and quickly booked this online - not realizing that it did not include the Nasrid palaces. Looking for other options, I walked into the store front of the tour operator and was quoted a significantly cheaper price and they refused to refund the difference, despite it being less than an hour after I booked it online. Both Viator and the operator pointed towards each other as being at fault.
The tour was fine. The guide was enthusiastic and reasonably informative. It’s absolute price gouging though.

Visitor sold me a ticket for 265e to visit the Alhambra in Granada, when the tour was to start my ticket wasn’t there, I was told the venue wasn’t issuing tickets, yet Vistor sold me one, a ticket to nowhere. I wasted an entire day of an important vacation due to their incompetence.

The tour gide was nice and he is trying to do his best. Just the actual ticket price was 10 Euros and I had to pay 300 Euros is crazy! I don't think it's the guide problem but with this money at least I should got access to everything which we didn't there are two locations we're not part of the tickets and the lions fountains was one of them this is very disappointing.

The guide, Andrea, was very knowledgeable and the tour was really interesting. The history, the buildings and the views were all amazing. The only disappointment was that it didn't include the Nasrid palaces. This wasn't obvious when booking.

I marked 5 stars and I would recommend to a friend, but I only did this because Jose, the guide, was superb and saved the day. I felt the tour operator did a 'bait and switch' with its promotion and needed to clearly state the more intricate or colorful palaces were NOT included in the tour and you spend 2 hours walking around the exterior, the mediocre gardens and about 15 minutes for any inside viewing of basic motifs. If you really want to see something spectacular, skip the Alhambra and visit the Basilica - it is overwhelmingly beautiful in its detail and even has a fantastic 3D drone virtual experience.

It’s basically a scam, it’s a way to sell last minute tickets at 15x their nominal value. The actual entrance to Alhambra + Generalife costs some €15. For the price I paid I was expecting a fully private guided tour from a fully fluent English guide. We didn’t even visit the Alcazar palace nor its gardens.

Well, the guide was fine but for the amount of money I paid - 199 euros - yes ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY NINE!!! I don't think anything could live up to that cost. Also they don't tell you until after you check out that the price doesn't include the Nasrid Palace.. So all in all I feel kinda ripped off.

Seeing the architecture and the General Life gardens was nice. For what we paid, was very disappointed that we didn’t see inside the palace or the cathedral. Our tour guide spoke English, but the accent made it difficult to understand. Also, the staff at the tour checkin point was unfriendly and rude.

The Alhambra Tour was booked (1 month ahead) with TripAdvisor (Tour Operator Granavision Product Code 3443P67). The date before (04/10/24), the tour was canceled due to a "system technical issue with tickets availability". No further support was offered to resolve this situation. We need to rebook a "last minute" new reservation at a higher cost. Viator representatives support by phone, "we are not responsible for third parties (Granavision) issues". I payed $498.42 before we left the US because I really wanted to see the Alhambra in Granada and I could not find any other tour that had tickets available. I thought this was a lot of money but I thought that it was worth it since I was able to get the tickets. The tour is called “Alhambra tickets last Minute Deals” As it turns out the admission tickets to Alhambra only included going to see the gardens we did not have tickets to go inside the Palace. Right before the time to start the tour it started raining very heavily. We had a hard time finding the meeting place but once we arrived we were given our tickets that showed that the entrance cost 10 Euros. How can they pay $20 Euros per couple and turn around and charge us $498.42? The young man that conducted the tour was not bad however he made us walk up the hills under a rain storm and 45 degree F temperature. We could hardly pay attention to what he was saying because we were trying to stay warm. I think he could have waited until the rain was calmer before starting the tour. We are feeling very disappointed and taken advantage of. I never expected this from a tour that we booked on this site. I have had very good experiences with all the other tours I have booked with Viator.

Roberto was our guide for “The Alhambra”. Excellent English and first class ear peice! This was one of the best tour guides I have experand his knowledge of the History was accurate. When someone has real interest it shows. The only disappointment was being informed that the “last minute deal” did not include the Palaces. But Roberto made up for this with his zeal.

It was a terrible trip. After paying over $250, I was expecting to see more of the palace but I just felt like I just followed a guide climbed a hill and came back.
I will NOT recommend this to anyone who missed the opportunity to buy the Alhambra tickets and hoping to see it after paying this premium price.
