Lots of stress and misunderstanding

We booked tickets for the Alhambra in Spain, a tour with audioguide. In fact it was a non-guided tour. We did spend hours behind the laptop to understand how this was organized. We had to get our tickets at the Alhambra at a ‘redemption point’ at a certain spot before the palace. There was nobody there. The chat was not answered. The phone was not answered. After 30 minutes of dispare we found the tickets just 5 minutes before we couldn’t get in anymore. When we passed the ticketcheck we saw that we did not need the tickets at all, only our passports!! Viator is causing a lot of stress and misunderstanding
