This is a 3 hour + tour as there is so much to see at La Alhambra, but this is must-see site if visiting Granada. The tour was very informative and Antonio our tour guide was excellent. He kept the tour group engaged with fun facts and questions along the way. He was also very kind in checking in with the people on the tour group, taking pictures and calling taxis afterwards for people who did not want to walk back to the city. He also provided several restaurant recommendations in Granada.

Antonio was our guide- he is a scholar in all things related to Alhambra and the area. We had a small group of ten and he knew a few little known spots to venture into. I left the tour knowing so much more about the moorish culture and the culture of the royals who lived there. Antonio answered all questions and adjusted pace where needed. We visited all three areas with no waiting. We have been on many Viator tours but this tour and in particular, Antonio, excelled others.

The meeting point was difficult to find as there as so many tour operators. It would be useful for the company to have a sign so you know where to head towards.
The lady who checked us in (Anna) was very abrupt and not at all welcoming.
So we were extremely relieved that we were with (Irene) who was a fantastic, friendly guide who was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The tour itself is good although the architecture is pretty similar throughout.
Worth a visit and I’d recommend a morning tour before it gets too hot.

Gardens were lovely, and all the mosaics etc throughout the Alhambra fascinating. Our guide was excellent at getting us through ahead of the crowds, thoroughly recommend this tour.

Our guide was so good. Her English was also great. She had a good command of the Alhambra its history construction. She answered every question right away and excellently. She was attentive. She was considerate not only to us but to the other people touring the monument

This is a beautiful place to visit. Make sure you choose a tour that takes you to the Lions Palace. The gift shop was very nice and affordable. Our guide was very knowledgeable a d shared much of the history about Alhambra.

Christian was very informed and really cared about making sure everyone in the group was educated. Very interesting history and fascinating tour. The only suggestion would be to move faster through the start - there are a lot of tours and keeping the pace up might mean enjoying the later stages while still fresh

The Alhambra visit requires an in-depth background history to truly appreciate this incredible attraction. Thankfully we had a knowledgeable guide who could use her wonderful story telling talents to bring us a most enjoyable experience. Laura, our guide, had an excellent command of the English language. NoNo was fabulous. He took very good care of our group. He had all of the tickets ready, he provided headsets for us to hear him. He spoke very good English and had a strong understanding of the topics that were discussed. Very impressed with our tour.

This tour is a total scam. it was supposed to leave at 12 noon and we were there two minutes before 12 and some guy told us that the tour already left. We spent one hour looking for them and never found them. Booking totally refused to refund us. Stay away.

Simply what you have put here is not true.
The tour always starts on time, but the first 10 minutes take place in the meeting area, so if you arrive on time or up to 5 minutes after the start, the tour can be taken without problem.
Also, to avoid these problems, the meeting time is 15 minutes before the start, so you just weren't there for a while or went somewhere else and talked to other people.
Even more, we have a person at the meeting point who is in charge of organizing the groups and calls the latecomers or gives them their tickets if they are moderately late.
He has only told one truth... if you arrive late and the group has left, you have lost your tour and you are not entitled to a refund, as on the other hand it already says on your voucher and on the web.

No señalan bien en donde será el encuentro , tardaron mucho en contestarme . La guía aburrida, pareciera tuviera prisa en terminar . Le hubiera agradecido nos dejara disfrutar más los palacios y ella se fuera . No los contrataría nuevamente . Me hubiera ido con otro tour o por mi cuenta , no valió la pena el desgaste de la espera en encontrarles. Caro y malos

Penso che non si può morire senza aver visitato la Alhambra. È stata un'esperienza indimenticabile, le fiabe delle mille e una notte rivivono in quei luoghi. Consiglio i palazzi Nasridi, altrimenti non ha senso. La guida italiana Oscar è stata eccezionale e coinvolgente.
