What a great way to see Genova! I can't say enough great things about Matt the guide! He was knowledgeable, funny and made the day so much fun. He clearly knows the city and took us to all the must see spots. The segway was easy to learn to use and Matt did a great job with a segway tutorial prior to the tour. This really is ideal with the hills, distance and closed streets.

Had an amazing time on this tour and highly recommend. Guide (Matt) was super knowledgeable and being able to go all around the old city on a Segway was incredibly fun and covered a lot of area.

This was so fun! Highly recommend. It’ll save you a lot of walking. Matt was knowledgeable, friendly, very safety conscious. I see the only complaint other reviews has were finding the location. I think it could be better. It’s an actual store location, not just someone standing waiting for you. It’s tucked in the corner between the Eataly and the Playground. Keep walking around the building and you’ll see it. The Segway made it a lot more fun, saved a lot of hilly parts climbing and made it feel a lot cooler weather wise than walking. Again, can’t recommend enough. Genova is beautiful!

This was a great tour. So glad we booked it. Matt did a wonderful job showing us around and giving us enough free time to explore some of the areas. The Segway's are so fun and easy to drive around. They did a great job training us and very supportive. If you are on the fence about this tour, don't be. It was a great time and we are so glad we booked it.

First let me say that once we were able to find the staff we had a great time riding the Segways. Matt lead the group, gave great information about the area history and you could tell his passion for his home in Genoa Italy.
The negative was the poor directions given to find their location. We were told they would meet us “near the aquarium near the bigo elevator “. We found the spot where we were told to meet and no one showed up even past the tour start time. We showed a police officer our printed voucher and all he could do was point to the bigo elevator. We asked several people to no avail until we finally went into one shop where the manager had said she had seen segways in the past in the area. She walked us about a block away from the described meeting point to where they were. Segway staff said it was the fault of Google maps that printed on their vouchers the faulty directions. We were disappointed with this response, even if this was true, they could have had a staff member riding a Segway in the voucher meeting point description to direct us to the right place. We came close to missing the booked tour and causing us anxiety when we were where we were instructed to be.

We are very sorry about what happened. The address is shown correctly, just look for the correct house number which is exactly 30 meters from where you were. The 99.9 percent of our guests have always found us without any particular problems, however we realized that the position reported by Google maps is slightly further back than reality, which could have created the problem. Your report will be useful for us to request a correction of the map and to specify more details of the location of our office on the booking platforms.

None. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! The tour operator changed the start time twice, WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY, they then moved it back to the original start time, and sent me a text saying IT STARTS IN 9 MINUTES!

We were guided by Matt who was outstanding. Very friendly, huge local knowledge and a great guide. We were lucky as our trip turned out to be just me and my wife so it was almost bespoke but Matt made it. Absolutely worth every Euro. Great way to see Genova and perfect way to choose sites to visit again. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Matt and Amber looked after us ( party of 4 ) really well. Their Segway tuition was easy to understand, with emphasis on safety, and we soon picked up the basics. Matt’s knowledge of Genoa was excellent and he delivered lots of information with humour. Both Matt and Amber were very patient with us all and we enjoyed the experience very much ( despite the rain ).
