Eleanora is very knowledgeable and knows her way all around Genova. We saw an amazing array of architecture, churches, palazzo, and the waterfront in one hour and heard many interesting stories

Wonderful day amazing city !! Toured for 1 hour then stopped for shopping and picked up for another hour of touring!!! Guides were great friendly and informative ..great way to see the sights if you have mobility issues!!

When we realized the mix-up, we did our best to offer a solution — including the option to take the tour later that same day. However, you declined this offer. Bruno, our guide, was very informative. Fun way to spend an hour seeing some sights of Genoa (even if a bit bumpy at times!)
Shame Viator had overbooked the company and our original time was changed, but it worked out ok for us.

Fabulous way to get an insight into Genoa. Our guide, Lupe, was very informative. It was quite a hot day so for an older couple, on a flying visit before moving on to Sestri Levante, it was an ideal way to see a lot in a short space of time. Very good value for money.

We went to GENOA in March 2024 and due to the weather our ship MSC EUROPA arrived late, missing our tour in the morning.. We emailed them and they arranged a new time in the afternoon.. The weather was bad in the morning muggy rain and cold. But by noon it cleared giving us a nice sunny day.. Our guide was Lupe who not only spoke english but spanish which my wife loved!! I must say she was EXCELLENT!!!! I highly recommend this tour and remember ask for her...Enjoy Genoa!!!

"Listen" everyone needs to do this they even pick you up at cruise ship and drops us off. The very best excursion my friend and I ever did. Ask for an extra hour and go for lunch in a local spot. Young lady spoke perfect English and knew her history. We learned so much and going threw all the small alleyways in the Rickshaw was so exciting. I wish I could do this in all ports. Thank you so much ❤️ honestly the best.

Our tour guide Lupe, picked us up on time and was very knowledgable about the area. She took us to places that we would never have been to in our half day in Genova, and explained the history in detail. I highly recommend Lupe to be your guide.

Our tour guide was wonderful and handled a dead battery on the bike professionally and has a colleague bring another rickshaw. Tour was informative and fun. Ride is a little rocky due to the cobblestone streets and sidewalks. Otherwise I would give it a 5!

We really enjoyed our rickshaw ride, and our guide Joseph was very knowledgeable, and entertaining. This is the only way you will get to tour the old city, unless you are a keen walker, all the roads are far too narrow for the tour buses, we were offered an extra hour to continue to explore, which we would have done had our time not been limited.

Our guide was Yousef (pronounced Joseph). It it was the BEST tour of our Mediterranean adventure. He brought the area to life with vivid and memorable stories. His driving skills through traffic were amazing. He had a planned route but was happy to accommodate our specific requests … a bottle of wine (we’ll-priced at a grocery store), a shot glass (for our collection), and a sampling of the local focaccia bread (fresh out of the oven). Don’t miss this tasty local specialty, by the way. He even took us back to the ship! Highly recommend this tour!

Gavino was very knowledgeable about the Old Town of Genoa. Great personality and friendly demeanor. He made it a very enjoyable hour exploring and pointing out the history behind the buildings the paintings and carvings you would never really notice unless you knew about them. Don’t miss this opportunity for intimate views of the city.
