If you always wondered how to make pasta

This was THE BEST! Petro (Peter) had us do almost all of it hands on - making Tiramisu, making the basic pasta, filling the ravioli, and then making the fettuccini, it was so much fun! And then we got to eat our own creations. Definitely a highlight of our trip.

Camilla was a great teacher. We ate the pasta that we made from scratch and it was every bit as good as any I’ve had before. Tiramisu is surprisingly easy to make!

We had an absolute blast doing this. Perfect amount of time with breaks built in. Delicious food we made/ate ourselves and good wine! Small class group! Super worth a try!

Great experience with my two daughters. They really enjoyed the experience of making their own pasta. The food and wine was delicious. But most of all our chef was the best !

Chefs for a day 😁

My daughter and I went for our first cookery class in Genoa and had Pietro as our teacher. He made us feel very relaxed and gave us a lovely welcome, we left feeling like we were amazing cooks. We made Ravioli, fettuccini and tiramisu. He explained everything very clearly his English was very good and he made us laugh. It would have nice if there were more people on the course as well rather than just the two of us but enjoyed it anyway.

Unforgettable evening and great atmosphere! We had an absolutely magnificent cooking event last night! We were given a super warm welcome by our chef, Pietro, as soon as we arrived. Since we were a small group, there was a relaxed, brief introduction beforehand before we got started right away. Surprisingly, we started with dessert – and from the very first moment, Pietro managed to really involve every one of us. With an incredible amount of wit, charm, and ease, he created a fantastic atmosphere. Afterward, we conjured up homemade ravioli and fettuccine. The result and the entire experience were truly magnificent! Thank you very much for this wonderful evening, dear Pietro! ☺️
