We thoroughly enjoyed our experience learning the traditional Genoese recipes. Our chef and instructor was warm and welcoming and encouraged us all to participate in hands on cooking and he gave us helpful instruction. I would recommend this to everyone who comes to this region. It was all delicious and an amazingly wonderful experience. Our host and chef/instructor was so inviting and welcomed us into his home and we all greatly appreciated every aspect of it.

Fabrizio was the best. He was funny, engaging and he made sure everyone was involved . The food we cooked was delicious and there was plenty of it . We met his family and we laughed and talked and drank wine well over the time allotted time for our experience. If we could give Fabrizio a higher rating we would.
