We were a small family group of four. We were met on time and we entered very smoothly as the queues for un booked
tickets was huge,
Our guide was Mary. She certainly knew her subjects and gave clear and interesting insights into many of the art works. We liked the way she used her IPad to highlight minute detail that we would have definitely missed.
Mary is a credit to her company and we highly recommended her.
If you get her you will be very fortunate.

Skip the lines, go right to the artworks, hear the history of the place , people and immerse yourself into the times.
Guides are the best way to get the most out of the experience.
Our guide was a subject matter expert in all those topics.

Guide www enthusiastic and knowledgeable but hard to understand. She kept letting her microphone drop- which was frustrating for one in our group that gas hearing problems. I did mention to her several times that we could not hear, but it became awkward after a while to constantly have to stop her and tell her to hold her mic to her mouth
She also laughed after about every two sentences, which was a little frustrating
We did have a great tour and appreciated the background info

The meeting spot for this tour was pretty vague. With a little asking around I was able to find the correct person-holding-clipboard-handing-out-tickets. Our tour guide was nice enough - her English was easy to understand. However, the pace was odd. We spent excessive time at a handful of paintings. I realize one guide can't cover everything or anticipate our interests... My husband literally took a nap on a bench in the hallway while my daughter and I stood in front of one painting for 20 minutes. The groups around us seemed to move at a more regular pace. I don't regret the booking - an art museum with a guide will always be better than without (for me).

Cancelled last minute. Unable to visit the gallery. Reason given was Sunday tickets are free. The guide would have known this in advance, taking bookings is sharp practice.

Today I had the pleasure of taking a tour of the Uffizi in Florence and I was completely fascinated
from experience. The tour was well organized and led by an expert guide who made the visit even more interesting and engaging.
The Uffizi is a true treasure of art, with extraordinary works by artists of the caliber of Botticelli, Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci. The guide accompanied us through the different rooms, providing detailed explanations on the works and the historical context in which they were created. It was truly exciting to see masterpieces such as "The Birth of Venus" by Botticelli and "La Primavera" live.

Thanks to his detailed and engaging explanations, I was able to better understand the historical importance of
Renaissance and Botticelli's influence on the art and culture of the time.
During the visit, the guide was able to highlight Botticelli's most significant works present in the Uffizi, such as the famous "Birth of Venus" and "Spring". Through her words, I was able to grasp the beauty and depth of these works of art, appreciating the details and Botticelli's mastery in representing female beauty and mythological themes.

The tour guide, Victoria, was fantastic!! Knowledgeable and personable! We loved her! If I was rating just her, she’d be 5 stars!!!! What I didn’t like was the surprise extra $60 euros we had to pay for the headsets! $29 each. That was not ok!

The tour guide was very friendly and nice. Everything was on time and easy to find the meeting point. However when I booked I didn’t realize that we had to pay extra for the tickets. In all the other bookings I had done the ticket was included. Also they only accept cash.

Hour and a half is obviously not long enough to see everything what Uffizi has to offer, but this is a very informative, interesting and professionally done tour. Avoiding the queue is an extra bonus. We would definitely recommend it.

Terrible tour. Note the price of the ticket (€30 is not included). Overpriced and the tour guide would stop at each painting for 5 minutes and discuss every detail in minutia. We ended up leaving and viewing the museum on our own, because it was so boring. The tours are a scam in Florence. Tour operators buy up all the tickets in advance, so you can’t buy tickets on your own, and you’re forced to pay 2-3x the entry ticket price through them.

The art itself was awesome. The guide, however, spent way too much time on just a few pieces. We would have preferred to see many more pieces with the guide spending less time going on and on about a few pieces.

We had a very knowledgeable and nice tour guide, a German woman that spoke english whose name I don't recall unfortunately. She had great perspectives on the works and historical context that wouldn't be seen or known just by standing in front of a painting or reading the description. I am glad my wife and I were able to go to the Uffizi for the first time while hearing her perspective on the works.

Elvis was a remarkable guide. We were a small group from diverse origins. He managed to keep us entertained and interested . We visited the Uffici within 2 hours and he showed us the main and most important pieces.

Amazing tour of the best museum in the world! Not only do you get to see some of the most famous and important pieces of art in history but you also get a great guide. We had Elvis and he was very knowledgeable and passionate I would recommend him to anyone! You should definitely book this tour if you want a guided tour of the Uffizi with no waiting in lines, Elvis was awesome.

Not worth it, could barely hear our tour guide at max volume. Spent a lot of time talking about pieces we didn’t care about and rushed through the pieces everyone came to see. Just not worth the money
