We were not sure what to expect on this tour but we ended up loving it. Our guide Aida was so knowledgeable and had a great way of making a history class fun and interesting. I walked away feeling like I had learned so much. The churches she brought us to were stunning and she even gave us a recommendation for lunch they was amazing

This was honestly one of the most outstanding tours of Florence and one of the best experiences we had on our 12 day trip to Italy that was full of many guided tours of Italy . Aida was INSANELY knowledgeable on the history of the Medici and Michelangelo taking us to so many important spots that were off the beaten path. She accommodated a last minute change to our travel plans and helped navigate some last minute logistics issues deftly like a true local!

Much more of a history lesson than your typical sights tour which is exactly what we wanted. We’ve been to Florence several times and was more interested in its history and the Medici. Also learning more about Michelangelo and his beginnings. Excellent guide.
