Expensive fo what is there

The Alpaca walk wasn’t included in the price, which was already very expensive. Payed extra for the walk but whole experience although enjoyed cost £37 for about an hour’s entertainment.

Hi Anne, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the experience, though we’re sorry to hear you felt the pricing didn’t reflect the value. The alpaca walk is an optional add-on, which allows visitors to tailor their visit based on interest and the ticket includes unlimited time with the alpacas and the donkeys in our arena. A meet and greet on our farm with the alpacas usually costs £15pp for 30 minutes so we think £16 for this ticket price is fair as it includes 2 hours with the alpacas and donkeys, a pumpkin from the patch, crafts and time in our petting shed. We’ll take your comments on board as we review our pricing and experience structure to ensure guests feel they’re getting the best possible value. We do hope you’ll visit us again soon — our alpacas would love to see you!
